Incredibly strong, compressed foam and shear resistant doors with huge energy saving efficiency Hadley Group s foam filled insulated lath is a double skin profile roll-formed from a single steel section featuring a hot injection polyurethane central core. This infill bonds to the internal face of the section providing strength, rigidity and of course excellent thermal and acoustic properties, making this roller shutter ideal for both industrial applications, such as warehousing and distribution centres, and domestic use, typically automated garage doors. Effective and ecologically sound Due to the high density, closed cell nature of the hot bonded insulating core, thermal conductivity or heat transfer through convection is minimal, making our insulated lath highly efficient as an insulator. Utilising the benefits of Hadley Group s patented UltraSTEEL process a revolutionary cold rollforming technology - UltraSTEEL LATH delivers higher strength at a lower cost, making it the ideal industrial doors material. Inherently stronger and greener by design, the UltraSTEEL process drives down material costs for customers without compromising the performance capabilities of the metal. Steel is work hardened during the manufacturing process, increasing its strength when compared to same gauge alternatives. Thanks to its greater strength to weight ratio, UltraSTEEL LATH reduces the strength, wear and tear on other door components. This means that using a smaller, less costly motor could be an option and components longevity may be extended. Featuring an insulation in-fill designed to easily slide in to the interlocking twin wall construction of the lath, INSULATH helps stabilise interior temperatures, keeping them at a constant warm or cool, irrespective of external weather conditions. The ideal shutter door solution for all locations and seasons, INSULATH also brings energy efficiency benefits, minimising heat loss and lowering energy usage and bills. Noise escape and ingress are minimised since INSULATH doors have an acoustic value of 18dB(A)*. INSULATH will also wrap around a 127mm (5 ) barrel when used with INSULATH Barrel Lath and our design ensures that the Barrel Wrap dimensions are appreciably reduced.
