FH & FM & FOUNDATION students from F/1W PROVIDED: A skirt will be provided for each girl and a vest provided for each boy. We will try to match the vest or skirt to the coloured clothing you provide. GIRLS: You will need to provide girls with a pair of tights or leggings and a plain coloured t-shirt in a colour/ colours. Avoid patterns and more than one colour on each item. Bright (not neon) is best. Avoid black and white. BOYS: You will need to provide boys with a pair of pants and a plain coloured t-shirt in a colour/ colours. For song two, students need to dress in a beach theme. No bare midriffs, hats, thongs or singlet straps please! Students need to be able to dance in their costume freely without parts falling down or off, so please keep this in mind. BOYS: You will need to provide boys with a black pair of pants and a bright blue, plain t-shirt for song one. For song two, students need to dress in a beach theme. Girls need to wear a black tank top and a pair of long, black gloves. They will be provided with a skirt. Please provide a pair of black ballet flats or similar. Check Target or Kmart for the top and $2.00 shops for gloves.

3A and 3M GIRLS: All girls will be provided with a 1950 s style skirt. We will endeavour to match your daughter s skirt to the coloured top/ cardigan she brings from home. May have lace or bows on them A pair of white canvas sneakers or black ballet flats or black Mary Jane style shoes Optional a pastel coloured or white cardigan Hair needs to be up in a pony-tail or some up/some down. You might like to put a ribbon in too! Below are some examples, but I encourage you to search the internet for 1950 s/ 1960 s fashion for ideas if you are unsure. All girls need to provide: A bold coloured top in orange, green, red or blue. A t-shirt is fine or you might like to use something a bit more decorative. Black bobby socks. A pair of black canvas sneakers or black ballet flats or black Mary Jane style shoes Optional a bold coloured cardigan in orange, green, red or blue. Hair needs to be up in a pony-tail or some up/some down. You might like to put a ribbon or head band in too! 5/6F & 5/6D FIRST ITEM Students all have a character to play and know what this character is. We have spoken about what they might wear as a costume. Please Google what your child s character may have worn in the 1960 s and provide an appropriate costume. If you are unsure, please contact me and I can assist you with ideas. OP Shops are a treasure trove of costume pieces, as is Ebay. Costume shops, $2.00 shops, Kmart, Target, Big W etc may have items you can use. You might even have some treasures in your own wardrobe, or the wardrobe of a family member. SECOND ITEM GIRLS: We are still working on providing some costumes for the girls second item.
