We have too many Incidents in our workplace That is why we do workplace inspections! To find the hazards that cause incidents... and do something about them.
Safety Manual Chapter 9 Physical Plant ensures that regular inspections of the workplace are carried out to meet compliance with the WSH ACT AND REGULATION ACT AND REGULATION Act & Regulation 2.4(1).
Definitions Inspection: An organized method of identifying hazards and eliminating or controlling them. Hazard: A condition that has the potential to injure you.
The three basic steps 1. Spot the hazard. 2. Assess the risk. 3. Make the change.
