Services offered include an informative website, referral to community programs and services in Berkshire County, and the sharing of experiences of families dealing with autism. Education, clinical, and medical services provided, 24-hour supervision year-round, and an intensive treatment unit (one-to-one staff ratio). All students are referred and funded by state agencies and/or school districts.

Services include 24-hour crisis services, transitional, halfway, and supported housing programs. Also include individual, group, family and couples therapy, forensic services, driver alcohol education, batterer's treatment, and substance abuse educational support groups, early intervention services, adult day health programs, outreach services, and consultation to schools and community groups. After appropriate training, volunteers/interns may work directly with clients.
