We are one of the largest home textile producers in Indonesia equipped with international standard facilities that utilize only cutting-edge technology. Our green site in Suryacipta City of Industry a green industrial estate in Karawang, West Java allows us to produce various types of home textiles in a sustainable manner using the latest environmentally friendly technology to meet both domestic and international market demands. ACP s production activities include textile dyeing, printing and finished processing of semi finished fabrics for bed linen and bed cover. 13 Cutting-edge Technology We only select the very best of European technology for our production process, including the use of 16 colors up to 3.2 meters printing machine, laser-engraving machine, and the latest technology of calendaring machine. Designed to produce the most favorable outputs, these machines can handle the production of 3.2 meters home textiles, especially bed linen which is considered as the Company s specialty product. 21 Waste Water Processing We process waste water to ensure a safe and healthy environment. We own a waste water processing facility to separate liquid waste from solid waste that will be transported to a waste storage facility. The liquid waste must comply with the industrial estate s quality standard for further processing at the industrial collective storage facility. No less important is the recycling of caustic soda solution to decrease the energy consumption and environmental impact from our production operations. It s all done to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
22 23 Natural gas Energy Safe and Healthy Work Environment ACP uses natural gas as the Company s energy source. Being the cleanest fossil fuel, natural gas is safe and friendly to the environment. The combustion of natural gas does not produce any hazardous or toxic wastes. Therefore, it is safe for the environment as the use of this form of energy reduces air pollution. As safety and health are vital to ensure the Company s daily operations, ACP requires all the employees to follow the Company s safety regulations, such as wearing personal protective equipment. 26 27 Products We are known as a bed linen specialist, but we have also managed to stay atop in the market with our finesse in producing a range of home textiles and a variety of bedding products including bed sheet sets, bed cover sets, quilt cover, and duvets. In correspondence with the Company s quality assurance of its sustainable products, ACP has obtained Oeko Tex Certification (JKWO 080280). Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Oeko Tex is an international association for research and testing for sustainable textile production. The certification is a proof that all ACP s products do not contain any materials harmful to humans and the environment. Our research and development division is constantly seeking inspiration to develop new products to respond to diverse needs of our customers locally and internationally. To cater to a broader scope of customers, our garment division also produces a range of finished products, such as bed sheet sets, bed cover sets and duvets.
