4 Section I 1. History Hoover Dam has the employee workforce, industry experience and financial backing required to provide world-class services. Hoover Dam is an infrastructure sector (energy, oil & gas, transportation, telecommunication, and urban infrastructure (water, sewage) services company, Intellectual Capital and the Power of Experience, this is the core activity of Hoover Dam, this is all we do. Together with Hoover Dam s associated companies and its projects, Hoover Dam delivers over $30-million annually in infrastructure related services. When this scale is combined with the synergies of Hoover Dam s affiliate companies, Hoover Dam is then able to deliver the best-in-class personnel, infrastructure and technology transfer necessary to allow our customers the ability to leverage third party support and reduce the overall cost of an infrastructure (Power) project ownership. With a management team made up of seasoned owner-operators, Hoover Dam can bring the right blend of asset knowledge and customer service to Hoover Dam customers. This commercial focus, combined with an integrated service capability, creates the added-value that owners are looking for, when they are looking for an entity to aid in the realization of their projects. Most importantly, Hoover Dam can offer these solutions under flexible, performance based contract structures that include any level of service from care custody and control of operating assets to full turnkey operations inclusive of both routine and major maintenance.

Services Hoover Dam and its affiliates have been involved in the infrastructure sector (oil, gas, power, telecom, transportation and water) for over 25 years Hoover Dam's associated companies are lead services provider in the industry. 1. a.
