Introduction Login This is your guide to the Online Service Platform of Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI) that you as a member of the IARC International Retirement Plan (the Plan) will have access to. The guide is intended to be a summary only. While every effort has been made to ensure that it is accurate, there may be some deviations compared to the live Online Service Platform. These particular variations will be applicable at all times. Legislation and regulations may change at any time in the future which may affect the plan and/or the Online Service Platform. This guide does not provide any individual advice. Please ensure you read all accompanying literature provided to you. A key benefit of the Plan is an online access to your user account by the Online Service Platform (Online Tool). In the Online Tool you can view and manage your account from anywhere in the world (requires internet access). Fig. 1 To access the Online Tool you need your Login (= your AIARC ID) and a valid password (Fig. 1). Please enter both details and click on Submit. If you enter incorrect details three times, the accessibility to your user account will be blocked. In that case, please follow the steps in section If you have forgotten your password. 2
1. Activating your user account / First Login If you access the Online Tool for the first time, you need to activate your user account with a click on here (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 A new window will open in order to activate your user account (Fig. 3). To activate your account, please enter your AIARC ID in the field employee number together with all other required credentials. Your TID, a 7-digit Transaction ID, and PIN will be sent to you by Email when joining the Plan. In the section Email, enter any preferred Email address that you will be using in order to receive information when you need to reset your login credentials if you have forgotten your password (please refer to section If you have forgotten your password ). Fig. 3 After all entries have been made, click on OK to submit. Subsequently, a new window opens in which you have to enter a new password twice. The rules for a valid password are: Minimum 8 characters long the password must not contain more than 2 subsequent characters: From the keyboard like for example QWErty45) or numbers like Test678 or follow the alphabet like in defect. Must be different from your last password by at least 3 characters Must be a combination of capital letters (A-Z), lower case letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) The same character must not be used more than twice (i.e. cannon) Must not contain any blank spaces 3
Submit with a click on OK (Fig. 4) and you will be prompted with a new screen confirming the change of password (Fig. 5). Fig. 4 With this confirmation your activation process is now complete and you can finally login (please refer to section Login for Existing Members ). Fig. 5 Remember this information gives access to your monies, so you must not share the log-in and password information with others. 2. Login for Existing Members After having set your individual password as described in section Activating your individual account / First Login you can access the Online Tool by entering your login details in the Existing Members section (Fig. 6), click on Submit. 3. If you have forgotten your password If you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset it by clicking on Forgotten your login data? (Fig. 7). Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 8 shows you the pop-up window in which you will need to enter your AIARC ID under employee number and your Email address in the field Email. This Email address must be the same as defined during your first login procedure. If you have forgotten these details, please contact AIARC as described in the Member Guide. After having completed the required fields, click OK. Your TID will be created in a new window (Fig. 9) and your new PIN will be sent by Email. Please keep a note of your TID. You have also the possibility to print the TID with click on the icon. Click on Complete Password Reset (Fig. 9) to complete the resetting process. Now you can proceed as described in the section Activation your individual account / First Login in order to re-activate your account. Fig. 9 5
