Customer Service Representative, St. Clair Shores, MI: Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Windows XP or greater. Microsoft office 2007 or greater. Fluid Power knowledge helpful Good communication skills. Duties and Answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms. Prepare quotes for customer needs Receiving and processing customer sales orders. Confirm material availability. Monitor status of open orders. Confirm shipping dates; communicate problems and delays to customers. Process and coordinate returns and replacement orders for material damaged in transit or rejected by customers. Serve as a liaison between the customers and internal departments (manufacturing, engineering, and accounting). 2. Saw Operator, AUSTELL, GA: We have a full-time Saw Operator position available at our Austell, GA facility. The qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, self-directed individual. Must have 1-2 years experience in a metal working job shop environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review all paperwork for jobs and arrange according to priority. Identify raw material per blueprint specifications. Operation of Peerless Bandsaw for all operations. Clean and organize work area daily Any other shop related duties as needed. Minimum qualifications/experience requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Able to prioritize jobs. Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Mechanical background Able to convert (3)decimals to inches. Knowledge of how seals hold pressure Familiar with blueprints.
3. Hydraulic Cylinder Assembler, Austell, GA: We have a full-time Assembler position available at our Austell, GA. facility. The qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, self-directed individual. Must have 1-2 year experience in a metal working job shop environment in an assembly position Ensures cylinders are properly assembled according to drawings, blueprints, and test instructions on work orders Uses hand tools, overhead cranes, pneumatic assembly tools, and torque wrenches to assemble cylinders Assembles, tests, and tags all cylinders. Operation of 5000 psi test stand. Familiar with small and very large hydraulic cylinders and sealing systems Clean and organize work area daily Observe safety at all times Any other shop related duties as needed. Minimum qualifications/experience requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Able to prioritize jobs. Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Mechanical background Ability to read basic blueprints. Able to read a tape measure and calipers Prior heavy assembly experience a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs Attention to detail is critical 4. Part-Time Driver, Austell, GA: Part time Truck Driver position available. The qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, self-directed individual. Must have 1-2 years driving experience. Must possess a minimum of a valid chauffeurs licenses. CDL-B with air brakes license required for some vehicles. Hi-lo permit Must have good communication and people skills. Main Function Drive variety of trucks, including pick up, van, stake trucks, to transport materials to and from specified customers and vendors. Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and southeast Michigan roads. Properly secure items/materials for transit. Maintain truck log, according to State and Federal regulations. Maintain contact with supervisor to receive delivery/pick up instructions. Load and unload truck; operate hi-lo, cranes as needed. Prior to vehicle operation, daily inspect truck equipment and supplies, such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, etc. Maintain professional and friendly relationship with customers.
5. Part-Time Shop Maintenance Technician, Austell, GA The qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, self-directed individual. Must have a minimum of 2 years in an Industrial/Machining/Manufacturing Environment. Main Functions: Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing shop floor activities through the guidance of the plant manager. Works with manufacturing personnel and address open issues on the problem solving boards. Works closely with the shop maintenance machine repair personnel. Assists in developing and performing preventive maintenance as required. Work closely with the manufacturing planner to ensure scope and alignment of scheduled projects. Ensures all projects are properly aligned with required materials, tools, and equipment before start up. Develops and maintains a "pit crew" portable cart to house all necessary tools and equipment, and miscellaneous materials. Regional Account Manager, Atlanta, GA, Blytheville, AR, Indianapolis, IN: Three positions available. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for executing proven sales and marketing strategies and activities for the company. This dynamic role includes a blend of new business and selling to our existing customer base to grow market share and revenues. Qualified candidate must have 2-5(+) years Fluid Power or Cylinder sales experience, and experience calling on Distributors and OEM accounts, in order to be considered. Qualified candidate will be a self-motivated, self-directed individual and have experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to read a tape measure. Familiar with both micrometers and caliper measuring tools. Able to read blue prints. Knowledge of how seals hold pressure and able to assemble cylinders, dry test and check dimensions. Must be mechanically inclined. Review all job orders as lined up on assembly conveyor. Prioritize job orders to be completed each day by due date. Assemble each job order according to detailed instructions. Inspect for dimensional accuracy and perform dimensional inspections to ensure conformance with sales order requirements. Prepare assembled job for move to next station. Complete required verification documents for each assembly order. 9. Manual Lathe Operator, St. Clair Shores, MI We are currently seeking a qualified applicant for a Manual Lathe position within the organization at our St. Clair Shores, MI, facility. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a job shop environment. Willing to train individual who has the following knowledge : Familiar with 3 and 4 jaw chucks. OD and ID threading Able to read blueprints. Able to use all types of micrometers, close tolerances and surface finishes. Familiar with machining cold rolled steel, bronze, cast iron, aluminum and some heat-treated materials. Responsibilities : Retrieve job paperwork left in workstation bin for first order of the day. Review detail of the job. Review/receive Seal Sheet from dis-assembly for part. Determine if print supplied or need to draw print for part. Design part for job. Process part on manual lathe machine.
