Dear Colleagues, I am glad to invite you to the 1 st International Congress of Students and Young Scientists organized in the International Center of Hearing and Speech in Kajetany, Poland on 24 25 October 2008. The Congress will be dedicated to modern trends in otolaryngology, audiology, phoniatrics and rehabilitation of hearing, voice, speech, balance and language communication disorders. We are glad to welcome students and young scientists specializing in medical sciences, psychology, speech therapy, education of deaf, biomedical engineering and other sciences. The Absorbing scientific program will include presentations of students papers, live surgeries transmissions from the operating theater, invited lectures by specialists from the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing and hands-on training in anatomy. We are proud to promote and support work and achievements of young people making first steps in medicine and related sciences, who will shape future development of modern communication society.
