AGENDA If vehicle will not start Gear Selection & driving Charging Occupant protection In the event of a flat tyre Who to call
Charging Infrastructure CAUTION i-miev requires a 240V, 15A Australian Standard compliant power outlet This outlet has a wider earth blade so your i-miev charge cable cannot be plugged into a 10A outlet Any competent, licenced electricial contractor can install a 15A outlet
High Voltage system CAUTION i MiEV operates 330V high voltage system High voltage circuits are insulated from the vehicle body High voltage components are covered to prevent incidental contact The outer cases of high voltage components are insulated from the high voltage circuits inside All high voltage wiring cables are ORANGE in colour
Starting and Driving 1. Auxiliary 12V Battery 2. Power Switch 3. Starting the Power Unit 4. Gear Selection & Driving 5. Charging

i-miev Occupant Protection High voltage system automatically shuts down once the sensor detects leakage
i-miev Occupant Protection Cabin space and battery pack are protected from collision force. High voltage system shuts down automatically when vehicle crash systems are activated by collision
In the event of a flat tyre i-miev does not have a spare tyre i-miev is equipped with tyre sealant and compressor kit
In the event of a flat tyre Tyre repair kit includes Compressor Sealant Injection Hose Extraction Hose Spare Valve Core & Driver Speed limit sticker
In the event of a flat tyre Tyre repair kit is located under the rear seat
In the event of a flat tyre Remove tyre sealant and shake the can thoroughly
In the event of a flat tyre Screws filler hose onto bottle without removing the inner plug. The filler hose automatically breaks the plug and enables injection of sealant
In the event of a flat tyre Fully deflate tyre by removing valve. Place valve in a clean location
In the event of a flat tyre Connect the Tyre Sealant bottle Invert and squeeze several times by hand to inject sealant into the tyre
In the event of a flat tyre Refit valve, Connect the Compressor and Reinflate the tyre
