Norway s most extensive hotel pass Fjord Pass Fjord Pass offers a significant discount on the first overnight stay at almost 170 hotels, guesthouses, cottages and apartments all over Norway! Fjord Pass costs just NOK 120 and is valid for 2 adults and accompanying children under the age of 15. Fjord Pass is valid all year. Hotels may participate in the discount scheme for a whole year or part of the year. The hotel index on pages 6 13 lists prices and validity periods. Terms and conditions Booking You can pre-book accommodation free of charge at www.fjordpass.no. For bookings of stays commencing less than 5 days from the date of booking, please contact the hotel directly. A booked room will be reserved until 18:00 on the day of arrival. After this time, the customer will lose the right to the room unless a prior agreement has been made to keep the reservation for a longer period. Please notify the hotel upon booking and check-in that you have a Fjord Pass discount card. Where to buy Fjord Pass Fjord Pass is available online at www.fjordpass.no, at all Fjord Pass hotels, from a number of travel agencies and tourist offices, and from NSB, Fjord1, Tide, Bergens Tidende and KNA. Fjord Pass is also available from a number of agents all over the world. You will find a list of all our sales outlets abroad at www.fjordpass.no. How to pay for accommodation You pay for rooms on departure from the hotel. Most hotels accept credit cards. Fjord Pass is a personal discount card and not transferable. Hotels may ask for identification. Unless you buy an electronic discount card, you must add personal details such as your name and address to the card. There is no refund for Fjord Pass cards. How can I cancel a booking? Any cancellation must be carried out before 18.00 on the day prior to the date of arrival, otherwise the hotel may charge your credit card. Reservations made through Fjord Tours must be cancelled via Fjord Tours. Outside our opening hours, you must contact the hotel directly to cancel a booking.
