Preparation and animation of a series of seminars for the consolidation of the Moroccan expertise in export audit, for the institutional support of Moroccan exporting firms, and in elaborating a businessplan for firms. France February 1998 to February 2000: Improvement of the performances of French firms of the TIC export sector (Claude CELLIER has been selected es-qualité by the Région Île-de-France, the Ministry of Industry, la Direction Régionale du Commerce Extérieur and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry to realize diagnostics export, international development plans as well as the census of the training need of small businesses/small and medium sized of Ile de France industries, in the electric, electronic and computing industries area. This programme has received the support of the Paris region and of the European Union (programme Euro-partnership and strengthening of skills). Firms having benefited of interventions: IT softwares, SSII, mesure contrôle et régulation, spectacle

trade, industrial computing, components and electronic subsystems, laboratory materials, audio-visual, robotic industries. Tunisia April to July 1999: Strengthening of the performances of the institutional plan in charge of the promotion of the Tunisian foreign exchange market. improvement of the coordination between CEPEX, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, API, Chambers of commerce and Industry, professional and employers organizations. Diagnostic of Tunisian embassies in Western Europe and propositions to improve their promotion capacities in terms of exportations and investments. (PNUD and CCI- NUCED/OMC). October to November 1998: Needs assessment of Tunisian firms of the sector of components and automotive equipments for the setting-up of an information system on foreign exchange markets (Western Europe). Investigation among twenty firms of this sector. Definition and business-plan of an observatory of exportations (Business and industrial Intelligence) for the firms of the sector. Devising of a framing agreement of partnership between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry network and CEPEX, for the creation of Export-Points in the regions. (PNUD and CCI-NUCED/OMC). Consulting to CEPEX for the creation of a service «SOS EXPORT» to the benefit of Tunisian firms. December 1998 to February1999: Study of the international market and of the export outlets of the Tunisian offer of services (IT, audit, company consulting and engineering, edition, audio and televisual production, insurances) in the preparation for export action plans. (CEPEX-PNUD in cooperation with Comète engineering project manager, prime contractor). February 2001: Diagnostic export and business-plan export diagnostic of a group of Tunisian firms, GI Informatique in cooperation with Comète Engineering manager. July 2000 to January 2003: Assessment of the network of the 8 Tunisian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, needs assessment of Tunisian firms in terms of assistance services, elaboration of a national strategic plan of skills strengthening of Tunisian CCI, organization of a national seminar of certification and drafting of a strategy notice for the Tunisian authorities and funding agencies for the launching of the project (co-financing by the French Cooperation and the European Union). September 2004: Elaboration of a framing document for the preparation of a three-year technical assistance project, targeting the strengthening of skills of the Tunisian CCI in collaboration with the concerned Tunisian institutions (CEPEX, professional, UTICA (financing by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs). December 2004: Conception and coordination of a seminar of upgrading skills of the chief executive officers and executives of the Tunisian CCI concerning the elaboration of strategic projects, strengthening/development of capacities (French Ministry of Foreign Affairs financing). IGAD February 2003 7 countries of the sub-region of East-North Africa, Horn of Africa: seminar in English on the promotion of the inter-regional cooperation for the promotion of commercial exchanges of investments in the sub-region. Hungary - September 1995/December 1997: Technical assistance to the Hungarian Ministry of Industry of Commerce and small businesses for the elaboration and the implementation of a promotion policy of small businesses. June 1997: Drawing up of the Business-plan of the new mixt National Agency promotion of the exportations of APEX-CI (Cabinet du Premier Ministre sur financement Banque Mondiale). June/December 1998: Needs assessment of firms for the setting up of an information system on foreign trade and the strengthening of the export competencies. Definition of the requirements of a national information system on foreign trade (in partnership with DMI Associés à Lyon). (Coopération française et Banque Mondiale). March 1999: Study of the revival of the Ivory Coast destination concerning tourism (gestion déléguée du projet pour le compte de la société Boussole Bleue chef de file du projet).
