Engineering Boiler s Capacity & Pressure Steam capacities from 1000kg/hr (2200 lbs/hr) to 25,000kg/hr (55,000 lbs/hr) are available shop assembled. Design pressures to 8,000kPag (1200psig) with steam temperature to 560 0 C (1050 0 F) available. Trained craftsmen work on especially designed equipment, producing boilers that are guaranteed to meet customer requirement and exact standards. All steam boilers are built compliant with all relevant boiler design codes, AS2593 - Boilers - Limited & Unattended, AS1228 - Water Tube Boilers and AS1210 - SAA Unfired Pressure Vessel Code, and most international standard codes, ASME, JIS, ASNZ and B.S. All package boiler designs can include economizers or air preheaters for increased efficiency if required. Engineering s Boiler Structure Engineering s boiler conservative rating s, coupled with large drums, provide superior natural circulation and load holding ability. All required firing systems are available, including natural gas and Diesel/Heavy Oil fuels in standard units, dual fuel and waste fuels as a option. Controls and Instrumentation are available from basic to complete including DCS all are PLC-based systems. Furnace construction utilises a welded-membrane wall design backed by more than 20 years of experience. Drum internal steam separator options are available to meet specific steam purity requirements. Fully-welded gas seals are used throughout to ensure gas-tight operation. Highest Quality Valves and fittings (Mack Valves & KSB Valves) are used on all Thermal & Pressure Engineering s Boilers. Manholes (300 x 400) are provided at ends of both the drum for full water-side access/ inspection.
