Your SiteMaker dashboard Save button Files Edit Insert Design Shop Your best friend! Where you can upload images and documents. Find Copy, Paste and Delete functions here (these are also in the top tool bar as icons). Add text, shapes, images, widgets and more. Add an image or text box, insert an HTML snippet, or make a shape. Adjust your site margins, wallpaper, and background. Add products Mobile View and edit your site s mobile version. Services Admin Connect your website with Google Analytics TM and Webmaster Tools. Choose when your site is visible and who can access it. Editor Your Editor is a floating box that changes according to what you click on. It gives you more options for customizing an object like its size, color and position. 4

How to edit text Move a text box Clicking once on text will select the text box so you can move it around. Edit text Double clicking will let you edit the text. In your Editor, you can change the style of the text. Font Typeface and size, color, and line spacing. Style Add a text box background or border. Link Make your selected text a link to a page, file, product, or website. 5

How to add an image Crop an image The Image fill tool allows you to crop your image within SiteMaker. 1. Click Insert in the top toolbar and choose from Shapes 2. Select the Style tab in your Editor box 3. Choose Image fill from the drop down and click Edit 4. Select Browse 5. Select the file you want to use in your File manager pop-up and then click Use this 6. Zoom in and out using the arrow to choose how you want to crop your image Add an image If you don t need to crop your image, then you can insert it directly into your site. 1. Click Insert in the top toolbar and then Image 2. Select the file you want to use in your File manager pop-up and then click Use this 3. You can resize the image by holding down Shift on your keyboard and dragging the corners 6

How to add a stock image Add a stock image Your website gives you access to a library of Getty images that you can use to make your site more professional and engaging. 1. Click Insert in the top toolbar and choose Image in the sidebar 2. Click the Library file in the File manager pop-up 3. Select Getty Images and scroll through your options 4. Select the image you want and then click Use this 7

How to remove an image Remove an image 1. Click on the image you want to delete to select it. 2. Click the Trash Can icon in the toolbar. 3. Click Yes to confirm your choice. 8

How to edit an image Edit an image There are lots of things you can do to an image, from resizing it to making it into a pop-up with a caption. Click on your image and then use your Editor to change the style. Make your image a pop-up You can even choose a completely different image to show when the original is clicked. This is great for giving a close-up alternative view of a product. Add a caption to tell your users more. Make your image a link You can make your image a click-through to a page, product or website. You can even make it an email pop-up or document download. Just click the symbols for each function and add the details needed. 9

How to add a new page Add and customize a page 1. Click Pages in the top toolbar and select Add a new page in the sidebar 2. Choose which kind of page you would like to add and click Next 3. Name your new page and click Next 4. Choose whether you want this page to be shown in your site navigation and click Next 5. Choose where you would like the page to be in your navigation order and click Finish 10

How to delete a page Delete a page 1. Click on the Pages icon in the toolbar 2. Click on Organize your pages 3. Click the Trash Can icon next to the page you want to delete 4. Click Yes to confirm your choice 5. Click Apply to apply your changes 11

How to organize your pages Change your page order 1. Click on the Pages icon in the toolbar 2. Click on Organize your pages 3. Click and hold the striped area to the right of a page name 4. Drag the page where you want it to be 5. Click Apply Make a Subpage (Dropdown page) 1. Click the Pages icon in the toolbar 2. Click on Organize your pages 3. Click the arrow next to the page you want to make a subpage 4. Click the radio button under Page visible 5. Click Apply 12

How to edit your mobile site View and edit your mobile version Click Mobile in your top toolbar and choose Mobile preview, Arrange content or Settings. Mobile preview Change the colors of your text and background in the Mobile colors sidebar. Arrange content Drag and drop where you would like objects to appear in your mobile version. You can also hide objects by clicking the eye icon on and off. Settings Choose whether mobile visitors will see a mobile-friendly, streamlined version of your site for faster loading... or just a smaller version of your full desktop site. You can even give them a choice and customize the message they ll see when they access your site. 13

How to change your social networks Change social networks 1. Click Edit in the top toolbar 2. Click on the Page Master 3. Click on the social network icon you want to change 4. Click Link tab in the editor window 5. Click Link to an external URL (the globe icon) 6. Click in the text field and enter the new social network URL (like https://twitter.com/hibuus) 7. Click Apply 14

How to add/edit a Blog Set up a Blog page 1. Click Pages in the top toolbar. Add a new page and select Blog 2. A color block may need to be included behind the blog content to help the content stand out 3. Using an internal page, select the color block behind the main content 4. Take note of the x, y coordinate and the width information 5. On the Blog page, create a color block with the same dimensions at the same position and arrange the color block behind the content 6. Insert a hero image (if necessary) by taking note of its x, y coordinates from an internal page 7. Fill this space with an image on the Blog page 8. Click into the blog widget and adjust font size, font colors, and button colors. You can also drag the widget to your desired location 15
