We get many inquiries and have a limited amount of barbecue. We require catering orders to be finalized by 4 PM at least 2 days prior to the date of the catering in case we need to special order anything or prep ahead of time. We recommend you place your order at least a couple days in advance to secure a spot for that day. Catering inquiries made after 4 PM on Friday will be received the following Tuesday. Any catering orders for Tuesday or Wednesday will need to be finalized before 4PM on Friday. For offsite events caterings or parties of 150+ people: We require at least 2 ½ weeks notice. Our policy is a $500 non-refundable deposit, deducted from the total amount, with 1 st half of payment due 2 weeks prior to the date of the event and the final half/remainder due 2 days prior to the event. We charge a 5% service fee to cover the percentage charge for the credit card and 10% DC sales tax. Our earliest pickup time for caterings is 11:30 AM*. *We open at 12 noon and the door will be locked.
