FEDERATIONS INVITED and subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee The Organizing Member Federation will invite all Member Federations according to the following principles: All FIG member Federations in good standing. AGE LIMITS RG: Junior:13-15 Senior: 16 JUDGES AND JURIES All judges must have a current valid FIG brevet at the time of the event (min. IV category). REGISTRATION DEADLINES Provisional registration December 9 th,2014 (4 months prior to the event) Definitive registration: February 9 th, 2015 (2 months prior to the event) Nominative registration March 9 th, 2015 (4 weeks prior to the event) ENTRY FEES The entry fee for this event will be: 30,00 per individual gymnast 80,00 per group. ACCREDITATION Accreditation of all Delegations will take place at their arrival in the Adriatic Arena. Heads of Delegations have to check names of their own delegation members, hotel reservations and payments. Heads of Delegations have to bring to accreditation office: a CD with the national anthem and the national flag (cm 140X100); 1 copy in high resolution of each fiche for individual D&E; certification of insurance for all delegation members covering illness, accidents, repatriation. In order to speed accreditation procedures, please send to the Organizing Committee a photo of each member of the delegation (in electronic format.jpeg or.jpg) together with the nominative registration. Note: Photos taken upon arrival shall be charged to the National Federations at a cost of 10 each. EVENT FORMAT SENIOR TEAM ALL AROUND COMPETITION: Team competition with 2 gymnasts per Federation; they have to present 4 apparatus: Gymnast A hoop and clubs Gymnast B ball and ribbon The team classification is made by adding the 4 scores obtained by the gymnasts of the team. For Federations participating with only one gymnast, the programme is scheduled on 2 apparatus: hoop and clubs or ball and ribbon. JUNIOR GROUP ALL AROUND COMPETITION: 5 Balls - (2 presentations); INDIVIDUAL SENIOR & GROUP JUNIOR COMPETITION BY APPARATUS: The 8 best gymnasts and groups per apparatus of all around will qualify to participate in the apparatus finals with a maximum of 1 gymnast per Federation. VISA INSURANCE INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LOCAL TRANSPORTATION ACCOMMODATION Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to Italy. The LOC will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made before February 9 th, 2015 to the LOC. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to. The Host Federation, the LOC and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with insufficient insurance cover must inform the LOC in advance. The LOC will subsequently offer insurance at the Federations own charge as follows: 30,00 per person/day. The invited participating federations must pay for the International travel costs of their delegation members. The Travel Schedule Form must be returned to the LOC within March 9 th, 2015. Local transportation costs will be covered by the LOC: the LOC will take in charge transportation costs for all accredited people from the airports of Ancona (40 minutes from Pesaro), Rimini (40 minutes from Pesaro) and Bologna (120 minutes from Pesaro) to hotels, and from hotels to Adriatic Arena (and vice versa), only if hotel reservations are made through the LOC. The LOC recommends Rimini or Ancona as airport of arrival and departure. If there are not convenient flights in those airports for participating delegations, it will be guaranteed free transportation to/from Bologna airport. The hotels prices* are per person and per day in bed and breakfast basis: Five Stars Hotel: Double Room: 165,00 Single Room: 205,00 Four Stars Hotel: Triple Room: 78,00 Double Room: 83,00 Single Room: 112,00 Three Stars Hotel: Triple Room: 63,00 Double Room: 65,00 Single Room: 90,00 *(the prices include the tourist tax). The prices charged for the hotel rooms will not exceed the usual hotel rates. While the Accommodation Form must be returned to the LOC by February 9 th 2015 at the very latest, the hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The invited participating federations must pay for the accommodation expenses of their delegation members. The costs for the accommodations must be paid to the Organising Member Federation as follows: 3
- deposit of 50% of the total due amount by February 9 th 2015 - settlement of the remaining 50% by March 9 th, 2015. Definitive registration not accompanied by the deposit of 50% will be considered as invalid and will be refused. MEALS In case of cancellation, costs will be refunded as follows: before March 9 th, 2015: 80% of the total amount before March 25 th, 2015: 50% of the total amount from March 25 th, 2015: no refund The invited participating federations must pay for the meals expenses of their delegation members. Meals can be taken in a site inside Adriatic Arena, booking and buying coupons through the OC. The cost of the meals are per person and per meal: lunch 18,00/dinner 18,00. The Meals Form must be returned to the Organising Member Federation by February 9 th, 2015 at the very latest. The 100% of the costs for the meals must be paid to the LOC within March 9 th, 2015. FINAL BANQUET BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION In case of cancellation costs will be refunded as follow: before March 25 th, 2015: 50% of the total amount from March 25 th, 2015: no refund The Final Banquet will take place on April 12 th, 2015 and will be offered by the OC.
