Henry Ford Health System Remote Access Support Details Access Disclaimer: Last Updated: March 3 rd, 2014 This document assumes that you already have an ID to access the Henry Ford Health System (HFHS) network. If you do not have a HFHS user ID or your ID is lacking the needed access to sign-in to a particular portal, you will need to request access by contacting the Henry Ford Health System IT support desk at 248-853-4900 and opening an access request. Vendor access requests must have a Henry Ford Health System sponsor and a BAA in place in order to receive a HFHS user ID. Application Disclaimer: This document only details requirements to connect to remote access at Henry Ford Health System (HFHS). This document does NOT detail any of the other programs that may be needed in order to access specific applications within HFHS once successfully connected to remote access. Although, it is highly recommended that you have the Citrix Receiver application (http://receiver.citrix.com/) installed prior to using remote access. The mobile version of the citrix receiver can be downloaded via the Google Play store for Android devices or the Apple itunes store for iphone/ipad devices. If you have a Henry Ford Health System assigned laptop or desktop, you should have all of the applications needed in order to successfully connect to the Employee Portal.
