Worldwide fleet and operations Houston Schiedam Monaco Marly Dubai Beijing Lagos Luanda Kuala Lumpur Singapore Rio de Janeiro Project Execution/Corporate Centres Representative Offices Shore Bases Lease Units Future Lease Units Operate only Laid-up Unit Construction Yard Introduction The objective of SBM Offshore is to provide the offshore oil and gas industry with high quality production services through the leasing and operation of Floating Production Storage and Offloading () units, Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) units, Mobile Offshore Production Units (MOPU) and Semi-submersible units. Capitalising on the resources of all Group companies, SBM Offshore provides safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for offshore oil and gas field development needs, minimizing capital and operational expenditure for its clients. Worldwide Fleet and Operations SBM Offshore provides tailor-made solutions for both short term and life-of-field needs based upon: cumulative vessel operating experience of more than 200 years, during which in excess of three and a half billion barrels of oil were exported; Feedback from the day to day operations is integrated into the design of new units. During the design and construction phases the marine, maintenance and production superintendents, who will also operate the unit, are mobilised early in the project and participate actively as part of the project execution team. Their task is to ensure that the design satisfies their ultimate requirements as operator. SBM Offshore manages the fleet operations from its offices in Monaco and through shore bases in the countries where the units are located. It is a strict policy of SBM Offshore to manage the fleet operations inhouse and engage all senior staff for the fleet under direct employment. This specific approach to leasing and operating fit-for-purpose production and storage facilities has proven to be most successful in addressing the needs of the industry throughout the world. This document provides details of all production and storage facilities owned and/or operated by SBM in the order of first oil or gas. financial strength enabling attractive financing of large capital intensive units; a vast pool of experienced project managers; in-house engineering experts in all disciplines required for the design of total integrated production and storage facilities. 2 SBM Offshore Fleet and operations
