5 5 Transformation to an SE company Prosafe was in 2006 transformed from a Norwegian Joint Stock Public Company (ASA) to a European Joint Stock Public Company (Societas Europea, or SE company ) Prosafe will in mid-september 2007 relocate its headquarter from Norway to Cyprus.
