Scope of our services This document describes Accenture s Services for Business Process Management (BPM) systems, and should be read in conjunction with the associated Government Cloud V Services documentation. These specialist services provide the skills to deliver Business Process Management systems which are built on Pegasystems market-leading BPM technology. Accenture provides the following services for Pega-based BPM applications: Change Management knowledge to help define your organisation s strategy, develop business cases and implement change across the enterprise Business Process advisors to facilitate the capture of as-is & to-be process and requirements definition, including Pega Certified Business Architects Delivery resources to develop Pega BPM applications, including Pega Certified System Architects (all levels) Application Maintenance team to provide one-to-many incident resolution/problem resolution & request fulfillment Service Management provision accredited with ISO20000, following ITIL methodology Differentiated blend across our 3-Tier model of onsite, onshore (Newcastle) and offshore delivery, to provide a bespoke and cost-effective delivery model which suits your unique requirements One-to-Many services in a delivery centre environment, to share the most experienced resources across projects to reduce cost Security Cleared resources - Accenture have over 20 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale projects for Government, including the development & support of IL5 systems with ISO27001 Information Security accreditation from our UK Delivery Centre in Newcastle Pegasystem s comprehensive business process management (BPM) suite captures, automates and improves the realworld policies and procedures that define how your business operates, no matter how sophisticated. PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC), including Decision Management Services Globally Accenture have delivered over 75 implementations of Pegasystems BPM applications using PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC), across a variety of industry segments including Public Service. 4

Approach Our services for Pega-based Business Process Management applications utilise Accenture s Foundation Platform for Pega (AFP-P), which creates a growing platform of recommended practices to help convert hidden loss of development time into value-added features and functions. Projects can be delivered in a waterfall or agile manner (or even a combination of the two, if appropriate), in a manner to suit your requirements. The Accenture Foundation Platform for Pega (AFP-Pega) includes Accenture s iterative approach for implementing Pega projects. Working in alliance with your business, we identify and group business requirements and use cases using the key design patterns and paying attention to the likelihood of change and persistence based on the component.
