Ticketless Transaction For bookings paid using Ticketless Transaction, a Payment Processing Fee applies per passenger per segment with the following amount: Currency Flights less than 5 hours Flights 5 hours or more SGD 9 10 AUD 8 9 TWD 215 240 JP 750 800 CN 45 50 KRW 8,100 9,000 THB 225 250 HKD - - CHANGING SCOOT FLIGHTS Flight, date and time changes can be made through the GDS. To change a flight you should: Delete the old and add the new flight in the same transaction in order to be charged correctly. ou can then end the record and a confirmation response (HK status) should be received against the new flight. If you get a negative response, then we will send a note back to the GDS booking explaining why. Generally it s because the class you sold is not available, so you may need to select another class. If you are experiencing any abnormal issues with the booking changes, you can contact sales@flyscoot.com to investigate. For any changes to bookings made within 12 hours of booking confirmation, standard change fees will not apply, and only the fare difference top up will be required. Beyond 12 hours, all changes will incur standard change fees and fare difference top up. Any changes must be paid for by Credit Card or Cash payment at the time of the change. There will be no reissuance of tickets for Ticketless Transactions; agents would just need to pay the penalty fee + the fare difference returned via the SSR OTHS line. 3

Name Changes Passenger name changes can only be made through the GDS. Name Change is permitted and subject to Name Change Fee 12 hours after booking creation. REFUNDS FlyBag Cancellations, refunds and credits are not permitted Flight date, time and/or name changes are permitted up to two days before departure for a fee, plus any applicable fare difference BOOKING RESTRICTIONS SSR Ensure passenger name has a title. SEATING All Scoot flights have allocated seating. Seat preferences for FlyBag fares can be requested through the Call Centre for a fee. Seat preferences for ScootBiz fares are free of charge and can be requested via the Call Centre. NB: Call Centre will only execute request made by travel agent for all GDS bookings. FARES & SCHEDULES Fares are loaded through ATPCO by our Planning team. ATPCO generally take under 24hrs to action updates. Updates to schedules are sent by our schedules team to OAG and Innovata. They should display in all GDS providers. 7
