1 ADS Rezervation System NEW FEATURES
2 As AtlasGlobal Airlines, we have changed our reservation system to new reservation system ADS at March 205. We developed this system from user s feedbacks for more efficent usage and prepared in accordance with the rules that are used worldwide aviation. You can follow up all new features in below. Flight Rezervation Menu and Availability Screen Page 3-4 Fare Option Page 5-6 Open Ticket Revalidation Page 7-8 E Ticket View Page 9 Coupon Status Page 0 Documents Page Fare Classes Page 2 Queue System Page 3-6 Rule Changes Page 7 2
3 Flight Reservation Menu The changes have made under the flight reservation menu is as follows..) Group Request and Group Request Tracking menus place has changed in new system. Group requests will be done under special options in main screen. You can follow your Group requests from Queue system. (Detailed information about Queue system is under 3 6. Pages) 2.) Open Ticket Return menu removed from FLIGHT RESERVATION main menu. Dating issues about open tickets will be done under amandments inside of the PNR. (Detailed information is under page 7 8) 3.) Multilleg option under booking type is removed. In ADS this option will be under Different Point option. 4.) As a additional we have added Young Passenger and Elder Passenger Over Age of 65 to passenger type. In our old system ARBIT, it was automatically calculating discount rate when you enter birth date of passenger. In new system, you should choose passenger type to get discounts. 5.) AtlasGlobal schedule has removed from flight reservation menu. You can find the updated schedule from our website (
4 Availability Screen.) After choosing class in Availability screen, we have added Currency Information to Total Fare section. In here you can select any currency unit to get instant currency values. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This option only for information. Money transaction will not be effected any case of currency change. Rates are daily changing from CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY. 4
5 Fare Option.) With our new system ADS, we have two validation in pre-bookings. One validation for date and one validation for fare. These two validation dates can be different between each others. In this case validation for fare if finished, last date and time validation may have not passed yet. Any PNR like this, passenger still have seat from flight. But price will change or not. It depends on situation. If passenger want to issue ticket, agency must Reprice PNR please follow 6. page for detailed information. IMPORTANT NOTICE: In our system, Last date and time Validation and Validation for Fare will remain unchanged until we declare difference between these two option. This option is not on live yet. 5
6 Reprice PNR.) Any expiration in Validation for Fare price will be lost and agency should reprice it. Reprice will be done under amandments menu. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Reprice option is valid until last date and time of validation. Expired PNR s will not get reprice option. 6
7 Open Ticket Revalidation.) Neither Open Ticket reservation nor Ticket status changed to open after booking date validation will be done under amandments menu. Open Revalidation will help you about process. IMPORTANT NOTICE: In our new rezervation system we have changed it to Sequential Coupon rule. With this rule departure tickets have to follow arrivals. You can not change your departure ticket after arrival. You should change arrival first. 7
8 E Ticket View.) With our new reservation system, we have added new features under transactions menu. E-ticket allows you investigate all process about your passengers. Please follow for detailed information. 8
9 E Ticket View In E-ticket you can reach informations in below;.) Ticket Number 2.) Origin Destination information. In this area you can see first Airport usage will shown. If its one way ticket to Antalya it will show ISTAYT but is return ticket to IST-AYT-IST it will show ISTIST. 3.) PNR number 4.) For every flight it shows different coupon status. Please follow next slide to get further information about coupon status. 5.) Fare Details. For every segment money transactions will be shown separately. 6.) Conjuction Ticket information. After 4 segments of flight value will be. Less than 4 segment value is 0. 7.) FCMI pricing. If PNR pricing done with automatically value will be A if pricing done with manually will show M. 8.) Taxes: All segments, airport taxes and surcharges. For detailed vision please press (+). VQ mean airport tax, YQ means surcharge
10 Coupon Status O Open for use. C Checked-in Means checked-in passenger. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Without changing C status you are not allowed to change status of PNR. L F * S I G * R * V * E * A N U * Boarded Means passenger boarded to flight. Flown Means passenger flown. Coupon status will change to F after 4 hours of flight Means Stopped passenger will not make boarding without changing this status. Irregular options Exchanged to FIM Refunded Voided Exchanged Means ticket exchanged with another airline. Airport Control means control is with other Airline Notification this status will not accepted to flight or not belongs to AtlasGlobal Unavaliable Closed for use ÖNEMLİ NOT : Shown with * status means final status. This status segments allow only the same day changed made. After 23:59 and date change changes are not allowed. ÖNEMLİ NOT 2: In ADS system coupon status changes are not allowed. Coupon status only change after progression of ticket or Headquarters of AtlasGlobal. 0
11 Documents In ADS system we start to use documents just like in GDS systems. All the changes, refunds, cancellation fees etc. Will be shown separately documents. As you see in below, system refunding all of the ticket fee and making a new refund document. After that creating a new document for new ticket. With this process there is 50 TL refund to the passenger. You can see it in collections section. In documents you can reach all of the documents e-ticket view. IMPORTANT NOTICE: New ADS system is generating ticket number for every document.
12 Rezervation Classes In new system ADS we have changed our class codes. You can see the differences in below. ÖNEMLİ NOT: In new system Business Class willl have 3 different fare classes. ÖNEMLİ NOT 2: In ADS system will not allow you to change your fare classes to lower classes even if class is available. 2
13 Queue System In our new reservation system we are presenting you a new Queue system. With this system you can follow up your waitlist records, seat requests, cancellations, PNR changes, Schedule change, SSR requests, Ticketing Office change and Notifications. Follow up instructions for detailed information. You can reach your queue messages through right bottom of system or left menu. Also you can see your pre bookings from Time limit Q.) Waitlist Confirmation: You can view your created waitlist records from this downlist. You can follow up your request regarding to results.. 2.) Seat Request:Group Rezervations request will be shown under seat request. Even if any availibility on flight some classes are not going to closed for sales and its open for ask-buy method. All information about this issues willl be under seat request. 2 3
14 Queue System 3.) Cancellation: Under this menu you can view your cancelled reservations. Please mind that this option will not show you your own cancelled tickets.. 4.) PNR Change: Under this menu you can follow up your tickets in case of any change from 3rd parties. For example, you created a PNR and your passenger changed the ticket at airport or call center of AtlasGlobal. All changed PNR s will shown in here. 5.) Schedule Change: Any change of schedule will be shown in here. You will see only related PNR s with your agency. IMPORTANT NOTICE: You should inform your passengers about schedule changes. 6.) SSR Request: You can follow your SSR request including wheelchair, special meal, pet in cabin etc. Confirmation will drop to Queue System
15 Queue System 7.) Ticketing Office Change: You can issue ticket which one is prebooked from another agency. You can see this message under this menu. 8.) Notifications: You can see your private notifications which is sent by AtlasGlobal
16 Time Limit Q You can see your prebookings which one is nearly expiring or already expired. With this screen you can only see your prebookings. From expire date column you can see the dates of expire. Details about Flight Status in below; HK = HOLD KONFIRM HN = HOLD NEED (Requested but not confirmed yet from airline) XX = CANCEL HL = HOLD LIST (Waitlist) OP = OPEN UN = UNAVAILABLE (Flight Cancel) 6
17 Rule Changes In ADS Rezervation System we have changed some of the rules of classes. These rule differences are matching with IATA rules and regulations. You can see the new changes in below;.) In Round Trip tickets rules all segments are not going to work separately. With this new system the limited segment will be rule the all ticket. For ex. 2 hours remaining filights will be %30 penalty. Even If you want to change your return ticket system will apply penalty again. 2.) Penalty amount will be calculating from base fare.(taxes not included) If any penalty accrued to flight inside of the PNR, penalty amount will be calculating from all ticket (PNR) 3.) In round trip tickets any need of changes neither departure nor arrival flights process will be separately. Choosing both segments are not allowed. 4.) Any case of C status in Multiple tickets, you should change the status of passenger otherwise system wont allow you to changes or cancellation. 5.) Sequantial ticket usage is necessery. In round trip tickets, return leg should not be before than departure leg. 6.) Low class changes are not allowed even if any available class on flight. Passenger can change only same class or higher. 7
