I. SECURITY CENTER SERVICE: PERMISSIONS TO OTHER USERS A user must first be granted permissions within the Security Center in order to be able to change their password and their security questions and answers. The password can be changed either by using the Password Reset on the login page or by using the Password Maintenance service within the Security Center. A. Granting the User Security Center Service Permissions 1. Select User Administration in the drop down list 2. Select the User Admin tab 3. Select a User from the User list and click on the Services link. 4. In the User Service Permissions column select Security Center to assign all permissions or select which permissions the user should have. 5. Click submit 3
II. PASSWORD RESET The Password Reset feature on the Login Page allows the user to change their password if they have forgotten their password or the password is going to expire. This feature can be used once the user has setup their security questions and answers. When you use the Password Reset feature you will be sent a Login Key code that must be entered on the screen this is used to validate the email address. Once the password has been changed another email will be sent to the user confirming that the password was just changed. If you receive an email and are not the one who changed the password contact the Bank immediately at 1-800-333-8000. Note: The password will expire every 90 days. You will start receiving notification that the password needs to be changed 15 days prior to the expiration date when you login. The password must be 8 to12 characters in length and contain at least one numeric character. The password is case sensitive and may not contain any special characters. 1. Enter your Customer ID and User ID. Click on the Password Reset button. 2. The Validate Email Address screen will appear and you must enter the Key that has been sent to you email address.. 4
3. Open the email you have just received, highlight the Login Key, right click and Copy the information. 4. Paste the saved Login Key into the key box and click submit. 5. Answer the Security Questions and click the Submit button. 6. Enter your new password twice and click the Submit button. 5
II. PASSWORD RESET MAINTENANCE Users who are logged in and have the appropriate permissions can access the Password Reset service in the Security Center service group. Use this service to change your password or your security questions and answers.. B. To Reset your password using Password Maintenance 1. Select the Security Center in the drop down list 2. Select the Password Maintenance tab 3. Click on the change your password link 4. Answer your security questions and click the submit button. 5. Enter your new password. Click submit or cancel to be brought back to the password reset page 6
C. Password Reset Security questions page Use this page to select your security questions and enter answers for each. 1. Select the Security Center group 2. Select the Password Maintenance tab 3. Click on the change your security question 4. Fill in all the fields and click submit 5. The message box will appear with instructions and click OK 6. Select your new questions and answers and click submit or cancel to be brought back to the password reset page. 7
III. PASSWORD REPORT Use the Password Report service to run the Password Reset Enrollment Report. This report will contain information for all users or you may select one to see if the user has setup their security questions and the date of the last login information. A. To display the Password Reset Enrollment Report 1. Corporate users: select one or more users from the list. 2. Click Run Password Enrollment Report. The report is generated for the selected customers or users. The data is displayed on the lower part of the page. 3. To print the displayed report, click the Print icon. The report is displayed in printfriendly format and the browser print dialog is displayed. After printing the report, click the Close button to return to the Password Reset Enrollment Report Page. 4. To download the displayed report, click the Download icon. Follow the browser procedure for downloading and saving the file. 8
