VoIP Administration Tool Initial Launch in January 2015 will include free programming updates for basic features. Telecom Coordinators will send an email request to the CMS Telecom Repair Desk and CMS agents will complete requested changes. CMS is still pursuing a viable option for Telecom Coordinators to make VoIP programming changes. 36
