Roubingo is a revolutionary new bingo game that has the feel and excitement of las vegas stye roulette but meets the requirements of class 2 gaming. HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED Roubingo is a variation of the traditional paper bingo game commonly referred to as B & O Bingo. The object of the game is to match selected numbers to a predetermined pattern for a payout amount. In this case, the winning pattern is the B space, the Free Space, and the O space all on the center horizontal row.
Players that daub and claim the winning pattern with in the first two balls get a payout amount of 36 times their bet level. There are 39 bingo cards in the perm deck for Roubingo all with a number to identify each card. Bingo balls used in the game are B1-B7 and O61-O67. (Note: variations of the game are possible to accommodate restrictions in different jurisdictions with respect to the perm deck and bingo balls). The game requires two players. A player walks up to the table and places money out to exchange the money for playing chips. The chips can vary in amounts at the player s option, but the default is $1 per chip. The player uses the chips to buy bingo cards or packs of bingo cards by placing them on the Roubingo accounting grid to account for their card purchases.
The player can buy a single card by placing a chip(s) in the middle of any squares on the interior of the grid. The payout is 36 times the bet level of the card purchase. For example, if a player purchased a winning card for $1 and correctly claimed the bingo pattern, the Casino would collect the $1 and pay the player $36. The player can buy two cards by placing a chip(s) between any two squares on the interior of the grid. For example, if the player places a $1 chip between two interior squares the dollar is split between the two bingo cards for a corresponding bet level of $0.50 per card. The payout is still 36 times the bet level. If one of the two cards has a winning bingo pattern, and the player properly claims the bingo, then the payout is 36 times $0.50. The Casino keeps the $1 that was used to purchase the two bingo cards and pays the player $18.
The player can buy three cards by placing a chip(s) at the bottom of any row of squares on the interior of the grid. For example, if the player places a $1 chip on a row of 3 interior squares the dollar is split between the three bingo cards for a corresponding bet level of $0.333 per card. The payout is still 36 times the bet level. If one of the three cards has a winning bingo pattern and the player properly claims the bingo, then the payout is 36 times $0.333. The Casino keeps the $1 that was used to purchase the three bingo cards and pays the player $12. The player can buy 4 cards by placing a chip(s) at the corners of 4 squares on the interior of the grid. For example, if the player places a $1 chip on the corner of 4 interior squares the dollar is split between the 4 bingo cards for a corresponding bet level of $0.25 per card. The payout is still 36 times the bet level. If one of the 4 cards has a winning bingo pattern and the player properly claims the bingo, then the payout is 36 times $0.25. The Casino keeps the $1 that was used to purchase the 4 bingo cards and pays the player $9.
The player can buy 6 cards by placing a chip(s) at the bottom between any two rows of squares on the interior of the grid. For example, if the player places a $1 chip between two rows of 3 interior squares the dollar is split between the 6 bingo cards for a corresponding bet level of $0.1667 per card. The payout is still 36 times the bet level. If one of the 6 cards has a winning bingo pattern and the player properly claims the bingo, then the payout is 36 times $0.1667. The Casino keeps the $1 that was used to purchase the 6 bingo cards and pays the player $6. Once the players have finished purchasing cards and packs if cards the dealer signifies that no more purchases are allows for that game. The dealer then draws and announces the first B and the draws and announces the first O. Players then daub the corresponding numbers on their cards and claim a winning bingo pattern if they have one. (Note: The players have the entire perm deck (all 39 cards) in front of them to find the cards they have purchased to daub and claim accordingly.) Once a winning pattern is claimed and verified the dealer will place a marker on the accounting grid to identify the winning card. All of the purchases are collected and the winning bingo bet levels are paid for the winning card. If no players claim a winning bingo pattern in the first draw sequence of B s and O s subsequent B s and O s are drawn until a player has, and claims, a winning bingo pattern. Winning patterns claimed after the first drawn B and first drawn O are paid out at a fixed consolation amount. After all purchases are collected and prizes are paid out the grid is cleared and player can begin purchasing cards for the next game.
