1 GAME CONDITIONS Implementation: July 23, EFFECTIVE DATE ibingo Game Conditions shall come into effect when ibingo strips and cards are first offered for sale on ALC.ca by the Atlantic Lottery Corporation Inc. ("ALC") and shall apply to the ibingo lottery scheme until amended by ALC. 2. RULES AND REGULATIONS ibingo is governed by the Rules and Regulations of the Atlantic Lottery Corporation Inc. (ALC), the Terms and Conditions for ALC.ca, the Rules for ibingo, and these Game Conditions, which, along with any other information concerning the rules for the ibingo lottery scheme, are available from ALC upon request. 3. MULTIPLAYER AND SINGLE PLAYER GAMES There are two (2) different ways to play ibingo, Multiplayer and Single Player. Multiplayer is an individual play game, but is played with other age of majority Atlantic Canadian residents (minimum of 3 players). Should a good Bingo occur for more than one player on the same ball, the prize is divided equally amongst the winners. Single Player is an individual play game that is played with the computer only. 4. TYPES OF CARDS There are two (2) types of cards: (i) a strip which contains three (3) cards/faces, the three cards/faces together give the player each number from all numbers from 1 to 75 (no duplication of numbers) and no Free Space, and (ii) a single card face that contains twenty-four (24) numbers ranging from 1 75 and a free space. Each three (3) card strip costs $2; each single card costs $1. The following games use a three (3) card strip: Kitchen Party Bingo (multiplayer) and Lighthouse Bingo (Single player). The following games use a single card: East Coast Bingo (multiplayer) and Wave Bingo (single player). 5. ISSUANCE OF A STRIP/CARD To participate in any ibingo game, a person must: (i) be 19 years or older resident of Atlantic Canada, (ii) be a member of ALC.ca and (iii) pay the required amount, as set by ALC, for an ibingo strip and/or card.

2 Upon receipt of payment, an ibingo strip containing three (3) cards and/or a single card will be issued depending on the game selection. If Multiplayer is chosen, the strip or card will be issued if the minimum amount of players requirement is met. If there are not enough players, the player must select again. Each strip/card purchased in a game room is valid for one (1) ibingo game in the game room in which the strip/card was purchased. Strips/cards are valid to participate in the game for which it was issued and in the online room in which it was purchased only. The information recorded in ALC s ibingo system takes precedence over information recorded on any ibingo strip or card. ibingo is available for individual play only; ALC assumes no liability for group play. 6. DRAW ALC will determine the dates and times at which each ibingo game will be played within the multiplayer game rooms. For each multiplayer ibingo game and on each game date and time as fixed by ALC, ALC will generate a sequence of 75 bingo numbers which will be drawn in an unbiased and unpredictable manner from a random number generator. The range of bingo numbers will be: B1 to B15; I16 to I30; N31 to N45; G46 to G60; and O61 to O75 inclusive. The bingo numbers shall then be called one at a time in the order drawn and displayed simultaneously on the screen in the game room. Not all 75 bingo numbers that are generated will be required to declare a winning bingo card on a strip/card. Any bingo number(s) not so required to complete an ibingo game will not be called. The bingo numbers drawn for a particular ibingo Bingo game will be called and displayed simultaneously, one at a time in the order drawn. Such bingo numbers shall apply to each of the Play Opportunities forming part of an ibingo game. 7. RESULTS a) Each draw as described in section 6 and the bingo numbers drawn pursuant thereto, applies only to the play opportunities offered for the specific bingo game within the specific bingo room for which the draw was generated and displayed. b) An ibingo game may also include a Bonus or Contingency in certain circumstances as permitted by ALC. c) For each bingo number that is drawn and called for a bingo game, that same number will be Dabbed/Auto-Dabbed on a bingo card issued for that ibingo game. The ibingo gaming system will know whether or not bingo has been met, whether or not a player chooses not to use Auto-Dab feature. d) A winner is declared for each of the following ibingo game Play Opportunities when the conditions described below have been met: MULTIPLAYER GAME ROOMS Kitchen Party Bingo Play Opportunities (strip/no free space): There are five (5) play opportunities within the Kitchen Party Game Room. As soon as the prize has been won in a particular play opportunity, it is no longer possible for players to win the prize. Players will then

3 play for the next play opportunity. In addition, if a player completes a full card within a predetermined number of bingo numbers being called and drawn and no one else has yet completed the full card, he/she will win the progressive jackpot prize and the normal prize for the 5th play opportunity and the game ends. The game is over as soon as the winning pattern has been completed by any of the players. SINGLE PLAYER GAME ROOMS Wave Bingo (single card/free space): Of the bingo numbers being drawn and called: A player(s) correctly completes the prescribed winning pattern of one (1) vertical line on one (1) bingo card by matching the bingo numbers drawn and called within 38 numbers or less. If a player does not complete the winning pattern within 38 numbers or less, the game is over. Lighthouse Bingo Play Opportunities (strip/no free space): There are five (5) play opportunities. The player has the opportunity to win in each play opportunity within a predetermined number of drawn and called numbers. As soon as the predetermined amount of numbers have been drawn and called for each play opportunity, the prize will no longer be available; the next play opportunity will then be offered. The game is over when either the player wins the fifth prize division or the player no longer has the opportunity to win. 8. WINNING BINGO CARD The holder(s) of a valid bingo card shall be determined as soon as the gaming system has clearly and textually communicated that he or she has BINGO before the next bingo number is called; and The gaming system has verified such bingo card is a winning bingo card. 10. PRIZES

8 a) Prizes are determined as follows: Winning Bingo Card for: Kitchen Party Bingo (multiplayer) Oceanside Bingo (multiplayer) East Coast Bingo (multiplayer) Atlantic Bingo (multiplayer) Wave Bingo Lighthouse Bingo Pool: Of the total sales for this game, 55% will go into the prize pool, and will be divided equally between five play opportunities. Of that 55%, 80% will make up the prize money for that game and 20% will go into the Jackpot pool (i.e.: 44% of the total sales will make up the prize money for that game and 11% of the total sales will go into the jackpot pool). Of the total sales for this game, 60% will go into the prize pool. Of that 60%, 80% will make up the prize money for this game and 20% will go into the jackpot pool (i.e.: 48% of the total sales will make up the prize money for that game and 12% of the total sales will go into the jackpot pool). Of the total sales for this game, 55% will go into the prize pool. Of that 55%, 80% will make up the prize money for this game and 20% will go into the jackpot pool (i.e.: 44% of the total sales will make up the prize money for that game and 11% of the total sales will go into the jackpot pool). Of the total sales for this game, 60% will go into the prize pool. Of that 60%, 50% will make up the prize money for this game and 50% will go into the jackpot pool (i.e.: 30% of the total sales will make up the prize money for that game and 30% of the total sales will go into the jackpot pool). Of the total sales for this game, 55% will go into the prize pool. Of the total sales for this game, 55% will go into the prize pool Notes: 11. PRIZE REDEMPTION As soon as a good bingo is confirmed by the ALC.ca system, the winning amount will be automatically deposited into the player s ALC.ca account. Prizes and other winnings in the amount of $10,000 or more must be claimed in person at ALC's offices by the Member to whom the Transaction Detail was issued. 12. LIMITATIONS If, for any reason(s), an ibingo game malfunctions or is not received either in whole or in part, the players will not participate in that game and all strips/cards and the bingo cards contained thereon issued for that game become void. In such event, the system shall refund each player the price of each strip/card(s) held by such players. 13. CANCELLATION OF A CARD/STRIP Under no circumstances can a purchased card/strip be cancelled.
