FGX Dry Coal Separator FGX Dry Coal Separator FGX Compound Dry Coal Cleaning Technology In many coal mines, there is an increasing amount of rock in run-ofmine coal due to changing geological conditions. The haulage, processing and storage of the rock represent significant energy inefficiency and a high cost. Removal of the relatively pure rock from the raw coals is defined as deshaling. The patent FGX dry coal cleaning technology belongs to TSM; it provides an innovative and cost-effective deshaling dry coal processing method which integrates the separation principles of autogenous medium separator with conventional table concentrator. Three product streams including deshaled product, middlings and tailing streams are obtained through this process. Two dust collection systems are used to prevent dust from being emitted into the atmosphere, which makes this technology environment friendly. Till now the TSM has developed 10 types of FGX dry coal separator, with processing capacities ranging from 10-480 tons/hr on a single unit. Today, there are more than 900 units of FGX dry coal separator having been successfully applied in 26 provinces, cities and municipalities of China, which not only saves a lot of precious water resources but also avoids environmental pollution caused by wet processing method. SZ Series Mixed Flowing Vibrating Dryer SZ Series Mixed Flowing Vibrating Dryer SZ Series Mixed Flowing Vibrating Dryer SZ Series Mixed Flowing Vibrating drying system is the latest development of a new type of bulk material drying equipment, which can dry raw coal on a continuous basis, provide a high-yield and cost effective drying process with wide feeding size range for various fields such as coal with high moisture, low calorific coal, lignite, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, etc. The basic principle of SZ Dryer is: the wet materials are fed from the top of the system, dispersing materials due to the action of multi-layer drying screen, small particles less than the screen pore can drop down vertically, other coarse materials larger than the screen pore will move loosely and horizontally along the surface of screen and spilled into the next one. To achieve complete drying, the system adopts two low temperature thermal currents: one is in vertical direction and the other is in horizontal direction. Vertical thermal current contacts with materials through the air hole on the surface; horizontal thermal current slides among the screens with variable flowrate and acts on the materials directly. Thickness of the materials mixed with the hot air in the process after several times dry processes, most products are discharged from the bottom, a small amount of the dust goes into the dust collection systems, which will be also recycled as the final product. SZ Dryer can handle different materials mixed by different particle size of wet materials. SZ system integrates the advantages of conventional fluidized bed dryers as well as several other processing through a multi-layer structure, which provides a much more effective method for coal drying. SZ Dryer and FGX Dry Separator SZD Series Circle Vibrating Sieve Combination of Drying and FGX Dry Separation Recently, moisture reduction and refuse removal have become two of the major challenges in low rank coal and coal in serious argillization processing and utilization, such as lignite. To solve this problem, an efficient process, a combination system of drying and dry separation has been developed by Tangshan Shenzhou Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In the system, significant moisture reduction is achieved by drying process first, and then dry separation system will remove most of refuse from the dried products, which will greatly increase the calorific value of raw coal.
