Markkula & Bray / the Outcomes of This Session Can Be: a) One or Several Strategic Alliances for Practical CPD Business, and/or b) Normal Team Work in the Areas of Shared Interest, and/or c) Better Understanding on How to Improve our Working Culture Exercise 1: Write on paper ideas / what are you willing to do together with some of us (those who: share the same interest + are committed to work on the needed level of commitment + have the needed competence / will create that competence). Exercise 2: What kind of partners do you need for each of those? What expertise and competencies should the partners have? Exercise 3: Give these the level of your commitment (1 = just idea, 2 = willingness to spend your time to study in more detail to find ways to implement, 3 = strong commitment to spend time and money, if a good team can be created) LLL & CPD
