Adequate lighting must be provided outside of the front door of the village hall. Public Safety 1. An adequate first aid kit must be maintained. Prevention of Public Nuisance 1. Music must be kept to a reasonable level. 2. Litter must be cleared after events. 3. Plastic or toughened glasses are to be used outside. 4. A poster must be displayed on the premises requesting people to leave quietly. 5. The volume of music must be reduced for the last 30 minutes of any event. Protection of Children 1.
