Employment Report MBA Class 2013-14 Many of the themes seen in recent years were repeated in this class. In particular, the relatively large number of students establishing their own businesses remained close to the recent 4 year average at 10% of the class. The not-for-profit sector remained attractive for around 10% of employed students. Most of the students entering employment headed towards the traditional destinations of Europe, North America and Asia, but we are pleased to see 8% start their post-mba careers in Sub Saharan Africa. While these sectors and regions may not attract the highest levels of compensation, as a School we celebrate the contribution these students will be making in sectors and geographies that have not been the traditional destinations of most MBA graduates.
