HISTORY & TRADITION The company was founded by Robert Slezák in 1908. In 1911, one of the first manufacturers of metal furniture, the company began providing the surface layer of galvanized products composed of copper, nickel and chromium. The metal furniture was new to the market and unlike the produced by wooden furniture has become fashionable. PRESENT At present the company Kovonax spol. s r. o., and re-branding of original centennial industrialization Slezákovy závody, focused primarily on the production of metal furniture for: arts & functionalism public service health & day care education and atypical interiors The real Czech manufacturer from the initial processing of materials to the finished product. BENDING: performation 2D and 3D technologies PAINTING: painting is processed on the powder line with a choice of different shades of RAL. In one pendant allows simultaneously degreasing, phosphatization, drying and subsequent application of the powder paint spray and continuous burn, after sagging of the finished product. STAMPING: Punching is performed on hydraulic presses from 70 to 100 tons. We use both traditional and modern technologies of production from initial processing of materials to final product.
