Excerpts from our references Planning work focuses on realising a building services concept which allows maximum flexibility in the use of floor space, minimised technical service areas as well as on implementing cost-effective plant concepts that take into account investment and operational costs. enco carries out the planning and site management of the entire project in the following works: High-rise complex at Münchner Tor Centrally located in the Schwabing District, the above high-rise complex of the Proreal company is being built according to the design executed by two internationally renowned architects Murphy/Jahn from Chicago/USA. The complex consists of two high-rise segments of respectively 27 and 34 floors, a hotel and a fivefloor office block. The usable floor space of the complex is 120,000 sq. m. What is under scrutiny is the necessity of the services rendered. This demanding project takes on the task of combining good quality care with optimal medical treatment. A medical centre has been created on 25,000 sq. m. usable floor space with an OT area, day clinic, approx. 20 surgeries for medical specialists, fitness/wellness area, general stores and shops for medical products. Given optimum traffic conditions, parking is provided in an underground garage of 8,000 sq. m.
