We are glad to announce you that we hold "AEON CUP" in Tokyo in October 2013. "AEON CUP" is the competition which contributes to the development of the rhythmic gymnastics worldwide. Participation (1) Number of Official Participants for each team(official Members) Coach 1 Senior gymnast 2 (Born 1997 or older / 16 years old or higher as of December 31, 2013) Junior gymnast 1 (Born 1998-2000 / Between 13-15 years old as of December 31, 2013) Judge 1 (Cat.3 and more with current valid brevet) TOTAL 5 Persons (2) Qualifications for Participation A) Invited Teams: The top five teams from the club competition of AEON CUP 2012 Worldwide R.G. Club Championships will be invited. Invited Teams; GAZPROM (Russia) DINAMO Minsk (Belarus) Deriugina School (Ukraine) NEFTCHI (Azerbaijan) B) Other participating teams except invited teams: When there are too many entries. We will accept entries of as many countries as possible. But when there are too many entries, the organizing committee selects from each continent. Entry from the country which has a participating team as an invited team is not accepted. According to such matter, you might prefer electing the best team in your country. Rule We follow the FIG regulations. Competition Format Competition should be conducted in a tournament style. Drawing of lots We decide the order of performance by drawing of lots at the Orientation Meeting. This drawing of lots is conducted by the Organizing Committee in the presence of FIG officials and participating countries coaches. Judges The Judges will be consisted of delegation judges and Judges who are selected by the OC. D1-2 Judges D2-2 Judges A - 4 Judges E - 4 Judges D1-2 Judges D2-2 Judges A - 4 Judges E - 4 Judges As illustrated above, each judge has to award points for two apparatus. Overall, two panels of judges will conduct the competition. Every judge must be an international FIG judge with current valid FIG brevet (Cat.1-3). Judges Meeting Judges are required to attend the meeting as follows: Date:24 th October Place:GYM We will also explain about how to operate a machine for scoring. Orientation Meeting Coaches of delegations have to participate in the Orientation Meeting. Date:23 rd October Place:HOTEL Apparatus Check All gymnasts have to have Apparatus Check for the apparatus they will be using in the competition. Date:23 rd and 24 th October Place:GYM MUSIC Gymnasts have to bring two CDs and tape, because audio player sometimes cannot read a CD. The Organizing Committee will provide stickers printed with names and items. The gymnasts are requested to put the stickers on exact CDs, and then submit them to the person in charge of Music. VIDEO All performances are recorded using video. Insurance The Organizing Committee maintains the insurance for the participants. Doctor The Organizing Committee will provide a sport physician in the competition area. Documents to submit Participants have to submit items as follows at the time of arrival at the hotel. Entry / Registration Entries can only be made by FIG affiliated federations. The official application forms are to be filled out with necessary information and submitted by FAX, air mail, or E-mail. The forms should be arrived at the Organizing Committee prior to the deadline. (1) The closing day 30th Jun 2013- The definitive entry and copy of passport must be sent to the Organizing Committee in TOKYO, JAPAN by the 30 th Jun 2013. Entry Fees None Cost (1) Official Members (3 gymnasts, a coach and a judge) The Invited Teams of AEON CUP Team GAZPROM(RUS) DINAMO Minsk (Belarus) DERIUGINA SCHOOL(UKR) NEFTCHI(AZE) Passengers Fee (Traveling expense to JAPAN.) Transportation in JAPAN Other Delegations The organizing Committee will At your own expense reimburse the cost of air tickets or will send air tickets. (3 gymnasts, 1 coach and 1 judge for economy class). The organizing Committee will prepare pick-up transportation from and to Narita Airport. In case of using other Airport, you have to come by yourself and pay the cost by yourself. Hotel Meal The organizing Committee will cover accommodation fee and make reservations for 7 nights (from 22 nd October to28 th October). You have to pay the extra cost by yourself when you stay in the Hotel more than 7 nights.. The organizing Committee will prepare breakfast in the Hotel. Other expenses while staying in JAPAN JPY5000 a day per person shall be provided from the organizing committee during the officially scheduled period of 22 nd October to 29 th October. Half the amount, JPY 2500 a day per person shall be provided on your arrival and departure days. JPY3000 a day per person shall be provided from the organizing committee during the officially scheduled period of 26th September to 2nd October. Half the amount, JPY 1500 a day per person shall be provided on your arrival and departure days.
(2) Others (except the Official Members) Passengers Fee At your own expense (Round-trip fee for JAPAN.) Transportation in The organizing Committee will prepare pick-up transportation from and JAPAN to Narita Airport. In case of using other Airports, You have to come by yourself and pay the cost by yourself. Hotel The organizing Committee will make arrangement, but please make payment upon arrival. Meal The organizing Committee will prepare breakfast in Hotel. Other expenses while staying in JAPAN Please be responsible for all expenses related to your stay. (3) Neutral Judges (Selected by OC) with current valid FIG brevet Passengers Fee (Round-trip fee for JAPAN.) Transportation in JAPAN Hotel Meal The organizing Committee will reimburse the cost of air tickets or will send air tickets (Economy). The organizing Committee will prepare pick-up transportation from and to Narita Airport. In case of using other Airports, You have to come by yourself and pay the cost by yourself. VISA The countries as follows need not prepare the visa. Other countries have to prepare the visa when entering into Japan. The countries which need visa have to inform us that situation using visa request form. Then we will be sending you an application document for visa. Please send the entry form that you wrote and the copy of the passport of persons coming to Japan by Jun 30 th to the organizing committee in Tokyo via FAX or E-mail. Check the flight and accommodation You will receive a reply concerning the participation from the Organizing Committee. Then you have to send a plan for flight, and accommodation form by FAX or E-mail to the Organizing Committee. Acquisition for visa If you need visa, we provide you a document for visa application for entering into Japan. Then you have to acquire visa. Departure from your country You go to Japan with passport, visa, necessary equipment (CD, leotard, apparatus, application, etc). Arrival in Japan The Organizing Committee member will be waiting at the airport.
