Guidelines (overview) For all internal usage of templates, the Arcadis logo remains at the header (top right corner), however no corporate information will be added to the footer. All internal forms have been uploaded with the new logo on your respective intranets. For all external usage of templates, the Arcadis logo remains at the header (top right corner) as per the template provided, followed by the original entity s corporate information i.e. Hyder Consulting, EC Harris, Malcolm Pirnie or Vectra. Technical documents (bids, RFPs, technical drawings, etc.) will continue to use the registered company details, logos and color schemes. H&S guidelines can be found in the following slides. The templates in this presentation are based on global guidelines and regional legal requirements. Please ensure you follow the same.

Internal Office Branding This includes posters, office branding across collateral, logos for meeting entrances, notice board collateral, printed announcements & instructions, etc. Sample reference Guidelines Internal Arcadian facing signage, posters and collateral will carry the new updated Arcadis logo. Sample template Templates The updated templates are deployed to all systems. Please access these from the program Method to access Click on New when you open a document (Word, excel, etc.) You will find a folder with the name of Shared, click on the folder The folder will contain another folder by the name of Arcadis 2015, click on the folder Arcadis 2015, will have a subdivision of 3 folders; Global, ME and UK Click on ME (Middle East) and select the type of document/template of your requirement relevant to you based on your Corporate Information (EC Harris / Hyder Consulting, etc.) All external templates (except technical documents) will have the Arcadis logo at the top right corner, incorporating company logo at the bottom right corner, and registered company corporate information beside it at the bottom
Technical Documents These include bid documents, RFPs, drawings, etc. Guidelines Technical documents are to remain unchanged The logo, color schemes, etc. are to be retained as per the registered / contracted company details Arcadis logo should not be included in these documents
Business Cards Business Card templates will have both the Arcadis and registered company logos as applicable Business Card Sample (Front with Arcadis logo, back with the Incorporating Company logo) The above is an example for illustrative purposes only.
