Market and strategy Outsourcing Outsource to the Expert The long experience and deep understanding of crane and lifting equipment operation and maintenance held by has allowed the development of a management system whereby responsibility for equipment is effectively passed to. Core crew crane operation, maintenance and rigging personnel are deployed with full management and technical support from dedicated Contract Managers and Contract Support Engineers (CSE). The CSE acts as Focal Point for all crane and lifting equipment matters, prepares an annual activity plan and budget, takes responsibility for ensuring that maintenance is completed, that personnel competence is assured, procures spares, maintains stock and submits regular reports. In addition, the CSE can manage fixed and loose lifting equipment examinations and review and approve lift plans. If required, the CSE can call upon and manages additional Design and Project engineering support. Key Performance Indicators are used to measure compliance with our client expectations in safety, integrity and cost control and such KPIs form the driver to superior performance through linking to profit incentive schemes.
