Unlimited Usage Restrictions This document explains the restrictions that apply to your use of videos purchased or rented from Unlimited services (including Media Go and the Movie and TV sections of the PlayStation Store and Sony Entertainment Network store). Each restriction should not be read in isolation and is subject to all of the other restrictions in this document (i.e. the 30 day rental period may, for example, limited by the store availability restriction). Once you have started streaming or started viewing a downloaded rental video: You have 48 hours within which to watch it (provided the 30 day rental period is not exceeded); and You will need to continue using the same method (streaming or download) and same device to watch it (unless multiple device playback is available see below). Purchased videos There is no specific time restriction (but the other restrictions in this document may still limit when you can download, stream or watch purchased videos). (2) Store Availability Restriction In certain circumstances, we may have to remove a video from Unlimited services (including Media Go and the Movie and TV sections of the PlayStation Store and Sony Entertainment Network store). In these circumstances, videos that you have purchased or rented may become unavailable to download and/or stream. This will not affect purchased or rented videos that you have already downloaded. As a result, wherever possible, you should download purchased and rented videos immediately after purchase to all compatible, activated devices on which you would like to have a copy. (3) Activated Device Restriction
You can only stream or download videos to devices that have been activated on your Sony Entertainment Network account. If your device is deactivated for any reason, you may not be able to download, stream or view your videos on that device. Please be aware that we may limit the number of times each device may be activated and deactivated. (4) Compatibility Restriction Whether or not videos are available to download or stream to an activated device normally depends on whether you have rented or purchased the video, the type of device and the compatibility of that device with the video s format. *Please be aware that the Movie and TV sections of the Sony Entertainment Network store accessed via a web browser may also allow you to purchase some HD or 3D format videos. These are intended for downloading or streaming to a compatible activated device (and cannot at present be watched via a PC). In addition, individual videos may have specific compatibility restrictions which are in addition to or instead of the general compatibility restrictions above. For example, individual videos may be available only for purchase or rent, for specific devices or formats only, or for download or streaming only. Please ensure you purchase or rent the right format for the device on which you want to view the video. (5) Multiple Device Playback Restriction may, in some cases, be streamed and/or downloaded to more than one compatible device which has been activated on your Sony Entertainment Network account. Whether or not you can stream or download a video to another compatible, activated device depends on whether you have rented or purchased the video and which device you originally used to stream or download it, as follows: Rented s Until you start either streaming or downloading a rented video, stream or download it to any activated device that is compatible with the relevant video format (subject to the other restrictions explained in this document). After first download If you choose to first download a rented video to a device, you cannot download that rented video again nor stream that rented video (including streaming to the device that you downloaded the video to) without renting the video again. However, you may be able to transfer your downloaded SD format videos to another compatible, activated device as follows: Device that you first used to download the rented video PS Vita PSP Rental You can transfer your downloaded SD videos to the following other activated devices (subject to compatibility): Not applicable ( supports streaming only) One PS Vita or PSP system at any one time One One or one PC at any one time
PC Sony Mobile devices (including Sony smartphones and tablets) One PSP system or Sony Mobile device (including a Sony smartphone or tablet) at any one time One activated PC at any one time Once you have transferred a rented video to another device it will only be available on the device you have transferred it to. The original copy on the device from which you transferred the rented video will be no longer playable. After first stream If you choose to first stream a rented video to a device, you can only continue streaming that video and only from the same device. However, if you first stream a rented video to a, then (subject to the rental time restriction above) you may stream that rented video to any other activated provided you are not streaming to more than one device at the same time. Purchased s You can download, re-download and, where a purchased video is available for streaming, stream a purchased video to any compatible, activated device as many times as you like (although you can only stream to one device at any one time). You may also be able to copy your downloaded SD videos to additional compatible, activated device(s), rather than download again, depending on the device that the purchased video has been downloaded to, as follows: Device that you used to download the purchased video PS Vita PSP Purchased videos You may copy your downloaded SD videos to the following compatible, activated device(s): Not applicable (PS4 supports streaming only) Any combination of up to 3 PS Vita and PSP systems. PC Sony Mobile devices (including Sony smartphones and tablets) Any combination of up to 3 activated PSP systems or Sony Mobile devices (including Sony smartphones and tablets) Two PCs
(6) Compliance With Applicable Terms Restriction You must comply with the SEN Terms of Service. If you fail to comply with the SEN Terms of Service, including any additional terms referred to in the SEN Terms of Service, we may take action against you as explained in the SEN Terms of Service including banning you from the SEN. If banned, you may not be able to use, download or stream the videos you have paid for and you may not be given a refund.
