THE CARDIFF ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY COURSE OBJECTIVES This course is designed to teach a systematic approach to performing transthoracic echocardiography and provide a detailed framework to comprehensive echo reporting. Each topic is divided into Basic and Advanced sections. Delegates will revise and build upon a basic knowledge of clinical echocardiography and progress to an advanced level. Particularly in the Advanced sections, subject matter is illustrated using brief Case Studies. Parking The hotel has its own car park for which there is an overnight charge. LOCATION & TRANSPORT The Cardiff Hilton Hotel is situated in the centre of Cardiff opposite Cardiff Castle. The hotel is situated just a 10 minute drive from junction 29 of the M4 and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Cardiff airport is approximately a half an hour drive from the hotel.
