GTM PORTABLE GAS TRANSPORT a breakthrough in high pressure gas transports, holding twice as much a comparable steel transports at 40% of the weight Transporting high pressure gases with current applications in Argon, CNG, Methane, Helium, Nitrogen, Carbon Monoxide, HCL, Hydrogen and breathing air services. This 10 foot model provides the most versatile, highest density, lightest weight, gas storage module available on the market today. Having both DOT and TC approvals, the GTM offers customers high filling densities at 40% of the weight of comparable steel transports. This means customers can transport high volumes of gas with vehicles as small as a ½ ton pick up truck. GTM is available for purchase or lease. Specifications on back.

GTM PORTABLE GAS TRANSPORT GTM Specifications Carbon Monoxide 35,440scf Composite cylinder based transports offer several advantages over traditional transports: Faster charge and discharge rates. Higher safety standards (8G frame loadings). Higher fill capacities, 60% lighter than steel. Reduced logistics costs and greater logistics versatility. on cylinder, 5 years on frames.ht

GTM1350 IG (Industrial Gas) An innovation in high pressure gas transports, holding twice as much as comparable Steel transports at 40% of the weight Approved for most inert and flammable gases Highest gas capacity towable behind a 1 ton pick up Short delivery times: usually 4 6 weeks Highest safety standards: 8G engineered frames Engineered for high flow rates: 100mscfh N2 Optional: integrated pressure reduction panels available upon request Customized side artwork available GTM 1350 Specifications GTM 1350 Gas Capacities The GTM1350 is the only DOT/TC approved gas transport available on the market providing industrial gas distributors with an economical, high capacity, bulk gas delivery option that s towable behind a standard ¾ ton pick up truck. Today, the primary gas applications are hydrogen, breathing air, argon, and CNG providing customers a mini tube trailer option replacing cumbersome 12 cylinder bundles or expensive, bulky, steel tube trailers. The GTM1350 provides significant reductions in operating and maintenance costs by employing proven composite cylinder technology pioneered by Luxfer, the industry leader. Initially designed for natural gas distribution, the GTM1350 provides users with filling and discharge flow rates that are unmatched by traditional tube trailers. Powder coated frames, positionable cylinder valves, in frame venting, and lightweight design provide users with the newest features available in reducing maintenance costs and downtimes.

GTM2500 PORTABLE GAS TRANSPORT Holds more than a 20 tube trailer and can be transported at a fraction of the cost Approved for most inert and flammable gases Highest gas capacity towable behind a 1 ton pick up Short delivery times: usually 4 6 weeks Highest safety standards: 8G engineered frames Engineered for high flow rates: 100mscfh N2 Optional: integrated pressure reduction panels available upon request Customized side artwork available GTM 2500 Specifications GTM 2500 Gas Capacities The GTM2500 is the largest of our pick up towable product line and provides industrial gas users with a bulk delivery package with volumes comparable to 20 tube trailers, but with a fraction of the operating costs. The GTM2500 s low profile package either on or off of the trailer provides a customer friendly and secure package not possible with conventional steel tube trailers. With the aluminum 6061 liner, these tubes can easily be prepped and vacuumed for bulk high purity gases or precision gas mixtures. The trailer is a double axle, 5th wheel hitch that is towable with a standard 1 ton pick up truck with a total gross weight remaining under 26,000lbs. Authorized for use under DOT and TC regulations, the GTM2500 allows industrial gas distributors and end users storage and transport options previously not available.

GTM1350 CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) The only pick up towable transport capable of carrying 335DGE s/46mscf of CNG Specifically designed for CNG transportation Highest gas capacity towable behind a ¾ ton pick up Side fill door for easy CNG station refueling Short delivery times: usually 3 4 weeks Engineered for high flow rates: 50mscfh N2 Optional: integrated pressure reduction panels available upon request Customized side artwork available GTM 1350 Specifications CNG Capacities The GTM1350 CNG is an industry first. As an economical alternative to semi tractor pulled CNG transports, the GTM1350 CNG opens the door to new CNG applications: CNG delivery to remote locations, supply to medium volume CNG users, stranded gas recovery, bio gas recovery, supply source for stationary CNG engines, and many more soon to be developed. The trailer was designed to be filled at either CNG fueling stations or at CNG processing plants. The rugged design trailer allows the GTM1350 to taken just about anywhere behind a pick up truck. The GTM1350 is available with or without trailer and can be supplied with an optional pressure reduction panel for gas utility applications.

GTM1350 Refueler (Compressed Natural Gas) The only CNG refueler with 335DGE s of CNG that s towable with ¾ ton pick up The highest capacity, lightest weight transports on the market today The only DOT/TC approved, mobile, CNG refueler Pneumatic booster, fully self powered (if required) Towable behind a standard ¾ ton pick up Comes complete with fill hose and NGV1 fill dispensing nozzle NGV1 fill connections standard Highest safety standards: 8G frames Optional reverse flow package for flare or bio gas recovery and storage GTM 1350 Specifications CNG Capacities The GTM1350 CNG Refueler is a first of its kind. Capable of delivering almost 340dge s of CNG to remote vehicle fleets. A pneumatically driven booster pump allows 3,600psig delivery of gas as the trailer is depleted, filling 15 20 service trucks or 20 25 vehicles. The GTM1350 Refueler was intended to function as a mobile daughter station to CNG stations supporting remote or mobile CNG vehicle fleets. A driver s side fill panel allows the GTM to pulled up to conventional CNG stations and quickly refueled with standard fill nozzles. An optional reverse flow package allows the GTM1350 Refueler to act as a receiver in the recovery of stranded gas or bio methane recovery. Units are available for sale or lease.

GTM 350/700 Small, light, upgradeable, and easy to deploy gas transport Approved for most inert, CNG, and other flammable gases Highest gas capacity towable behind a standard pickup Short delivery times: usually 3 4 weeks Highest safety standards: 8G frames Separate side filling panel for CNG station refueling. Optional: integrated pressure reduction panels available upon request Can be used in high purity gas applications. Gas Capacities (scf @ 72F,3,600 psig) Specifications The GTM350 and GTM700 is a half sixed version of the popular GTM1350 transport. The GTM350/700 provides customers a very lightweight, high capacity gas transport option that can be easily be towed by small pick up trucks. Though approved for most inert and flammable gas services, the GTM350/700 has been used primarily in CNG service by gas utility companies as a back up gas supply during customer outages or maintenance and for filling small cylinders used during meter change outs. Depending upon the model, the GTM350/700 holds 3 6 times more gas than traditional 12 cylinder packs giving customers a safer and easier to move alternative. An optional pressure reduction panel can be supplied with either unit for a high flow (10mcfh rate) at outlet pressure of 50 150psig or higher if requested. The GM350 is easily upgradable to a GTM700 as customers gas needs increase. As with all of Luxfer GTM s productis, they are DOT/TC approved and require minimal maintenance.
