MAORI PROFILE 3

1. GROUP HISTORY A FRENCH GROUP IMPLEMENTED INTERNATIONALLY The Group was founded by Frédéric Giqueaux in 2001. The first clients were major French groups such as Sanofi, Accor or Kering (PPR)... As early as 2003, MAORI became the general coordinator for the security of the Paris Air Show for whom it helped in designing a Decision Support Software. Since then, MAORI has expanded the range of services and the number of operations. In 2013 the group operates on several continents: Europe, Africa, and South America continuing its development particularly in Asia. A GLOBAL OFFER With over 10 years of experience, the Group MAORI provides a global integrated offer. As well as securing corporate, institutional, sport and cultural events, the Risk Management division has developed a unique auditing and securing method for sensitive sites. Thanks to the international operations, the Group can respond to increasingly demanding international projects. FLEXIBILITY A multi-talented workforce and continuous technological monitoring ensures a transversal and long term commitment to clients. An internal control system guarantees the quality and dedication of each member of the team. On a project led by one of the Group s divisions, clients will benefit from the expertise of the whole group, offering a truly flexible service. 4

3. VALUES PIONEER SPIRIT From the beginning Maori has responded to the various demands of its clients while taking into account the evolving risks that they face. Now, the group has acquired a comprehensive expertise in the conduct of highly challenging missions, in sensitive or prestigious environments while systematically maintaining a down to earth, innovative and pioneer spirit.. THE REACTIVITY OF A GROUP ON A HUMAN SCALE So critical while working in a changing environment, MAORI s reactivity relies on dedicated staff coming from diverse professional backgrounds. An efficient management process as well as a service and result orientated corporate culture ensure you the best possible services within the time frame. INTEGRATION CAPACITY Like its founder, the group actively promotes human values which guide the employment and management policies. Multi experienced profiles and diversity of nationalities (18 in total) are encouraged. The group makes a point of respecting and training locally hired staff when it sets up international subsidiaries. ETHICS In a business which can, at times, be doted with a sullied reputation, MAORI never compromises on ethics which are integral to the charter of conduct and employment.. In France and internationally, the group hires primarily on long term full time contracts and never uses non declared work and always signals outsourcing. Loyalty, solidarity and respect have forged MAORI s distinctive character. 6
