The trailers will have a separete parking place, leaving trailers in the assistance parc is forbidden! GPS: payment at the reception (see more by 7b. Safety requirements) 5d. TECHNICAL SCRUTINEERING Date and place of the technical scrutineering 10:00-14:30, 11th May Friday, Rába hall (Kapuvár) 7a. REQUIREMENTS ON THE SCRUTINEERING Appearance with start number, rally table and advertisements fixed on the prescribed place Working GPS equipment installed in the vehicle Every personal security equipment must be shown (helmets, fireproof overall, gloves) Vehicle race registration document 7b. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS Every participant must use an obligatory tracking and vehicle to vehicle alarm system that should be paid by the administrative checking. Rental fee: 150 Euro / race vehicle + 400 Euro caution In every service park area the car owners must use min. 6x4 m foil under the vehicle. Every service must take care of the environment not to leave polluting materials. Sport referees and technical stewards check pollution and the foil. Anybody who ignores mentioned rules will be fined to the amount of 80 EUR. 7c. TYRE According to Hungarian National Rule Book point 10. 7d. FUEL You can use only fuels that can be bought at petrol stations. Except for water It can not contain any additional material octane number raiser. E85 is prohibited! PROCEDURE OF THE RACE 9a. EARLY ARRIVAL AND LIMITED DELAY At the finish of the daily legs competitors can arrive to the parc fermé without penalty. Between two time control zones the limited delay is 30 minutes, 30 minutes per a day. Competitors who exceed this delay will be excluded from the race. 9c. FIXED PENALTY During the event there are regrouping parc fermés when crews under fixed penalty rule can rejoin the event (during the day or at evening after service). These crews must enter to the parc fermé and have to present themselves until the target time of the first vehicle (as per the itinerary) at the exit of the parc fermé. This opportunity is available one time during the rally and the crew must fulfil at least selective on the day it uses this opportunity. Crews that are back to the competition according to this rule can start only after the all the Vehicles in their category have started. Their order is set up according to the order of the Leg. 9d. START ERROR Those vehicles who can not start at the selective by his own they have to be pulled out from the timecontrol zone with on his own or with exterior help, and after getting 5 minutes fixed penalty they cancontinue the rally. 9e. DISTRIBUTION AND CHANGING OF THE TIMECARD Competitors get the roadbook and timecard before the first selective of the day and must give it back at the finish of the daily leg. The timecards will be changed by the regrouping. 9f. REFUELLING Is available only at suggested public petrol stations are marked in roadbook. Refuelling in the assistance parc is forbidden! 9g. CAR WASH Is available only at suggested car wash possibilities are marked in roadbook. Washing in the assistance parc is forbidden! 9h. PROTESTATION General: 350 EUR, Technical 350 EUR 10. PRESS ROOM There is a wide-band wireless internet connection in the whole race office which can be used for free during the event. 13c. IDENTIFICATION, PERMISSIONS Every photographer and cameraman who is working next to the track should wear the orange safety vest given by the accreditation. Caution for vest is 20 EUR.
