A System of Non-financial Employee Benefits in AB-InBev Dear colleagues, As a subject of my bachelor thesis, I have chosen employee benefits, more precisely, nonfinancial benefits. Non-financial benefits, by definition, provide you with other than financial profit, e.g. flexible working hours enable you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. However, meal vouchers or other vouchers also belong to this category. The purpose of this questionnaire is to find out what you think about these benefits, to what extent are they beneficial to you, and what would you like to change about them. Moreover, I would like to know more about what it is that motivates you in general. The outcome of this survey will be a valuable source of information not only for me, but also for the company management and the People team, with whom I am closely cooperating. It could become a basis for future changes in the employee benefits system. The questionnaire will take you 10-15 min. maximum. It's completely anonymous and the answers will be analyzed as a whole, without any possibility to identify the respondent. You will be informed about the outcome of the survey, either via email or during a standup meeting. Thank you very much for your time and effort.
