Flight attendant. Focus on service quality and safety. The TÜV Rheinland Akademie trains flight attendants for airline companies. In our basic training course, participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills for their role as cabin crew. We provide participants with professional training. The basic training course covers the most important tasks involved in the everyday work of a flight attendant. Not only do participants learn how to provide excellent on-board customer service, but most importantly they learn how to ensure safety aboard the aircraft and how to use emergency equipment.
