Mizuki Ritual This body therapy uses a holistic approach to ensure an experience and atmosphere evocative of Japan. Spa Etiquette Scheduling an Appointment For your perfect treatment, please contact our Mizuki Spa reservations team, who will be able to provide guidance. To ensure your preferred time and service is available, please book in advance. Health Conditions Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation. Pregnancy We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Our spa team can guide you in your selection. Cancellation Policy For cancellations or changes, please contact us during operating hours, one day prior to your appointment. Cancellation two hours before treatment: 50% of fee. Cancellation less than two hours before treatment/without notice: 100% of fee. Spa treatment is only for those above 16 years of age. Arrival Time Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a spa consultation form. We recommend you arrive up to 60 minutes early so that you can change, relax, and enjoy the spa heat and water area. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time. We recommend you remove contact lenses during facial treatments, and bring your own cosmetic products if you wish to apply make-up after your treatment. Valuables We accept no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewelry. To store any valuables, you may use the safety deposit boxes at the front desk on 28F, or lock them in the safe in your guest room. Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.
