Concept and Components of VBHCD Concept Components ; - Self-help Group Formation - Reinforcing Cornerstones - Group visioning and holistic planning can do by themselves can do with heifer support can do by coordination with others - Physical inputs Empowerment (training, planning and exchange visit and beyond) C. Three levels impact Ground Level impact; e.g. economic, physical, health, education, environment impact etc. Deeper/ under the ground Level impact; e.g. impact of personal and internal level (attitude, behavior and practices) spiritual, internalize of Heifer values etc. External/above the ground impact; replication of VBHCD and influence to others D.
