Connectivity and Compatible Products The Gigaset SL2 professional handset can be connected to: HiPath 4000 HiPath Cordless Enterprise V 2.3 correction version 49 or later HiPath Cordless Enterprise V 3.0 correction version 322 or later (Modifications for SLC24 only) HiPath 500/3000 HiPath Cordless Office V 4.0 SMR-8 or later HiPath Cordless Office V 5.0 SMR-7 or later (Binder 07.823) It should be possible to use the handset with earlier versions, however, some functions may not be available. Known functional restrictions apply to: - Melody support - VIP call and name announcement. This phone has not been tested on previous releases of the Cordless system.
