Catering orders are subject to 5.5% sales tax; gratuity is 18%. Banquets Banquets require a $250.00 deposit to reserve a date which will then be deducted from your final bill after the event. Banquets are subject to 5.5% sales tax and 18% food gratuity and 15% bar gratuity on beer or liquor. Menu selections and head counts must be made 7 days in advance. Beer $190 per ½ barrel domestic inquire about other drink pricing. Premium beer is quoted depending on selection.
