The current BMP WIP includes the following: w LOS/LOA enhancements, such as ability to create reports. Tutorial: Smartphone App Log In To log into the BMP app on your smartphone and/or tablet, you will enter your unique BWW-assigned 7-digit BMP number, along with your BWW.com password. Home Screen On your Home Screen you will see four icons: Messages, Contacts, Compose Message and Conference Calls. The My Folders link includes your Inbox, Sent messages, and Trash. Your deleted messages will remain in the trash folder for 30 days. And the Settings link includes helpful information for customizing the BMP for your use. Messages When you select Messages from the Home Screen, you will be taken to your Inbox. On the display, you will see the subject of the message; who sent the message; an icon displaying the type of message sent (text, audio or video); and the date and time of the message. [You will also have a link on the Inbox allowing you to compose a message directly from the Inbox.] When you select a message, you will be able to read the text message, and also play the audio or video message if one is attached to the message. Click the audio or video icon to play the message. At the bottom of the screen you also have options to reply, forward or delete the message. Page 2 of 8

Contacts When you select Contacts from the Home Screen, you will see your list of contacts. At the bottom of the Contacts page you can also select to view either a list of your contacts, or a list of your groups. Select a contact name to view and manage their details. On the details screen you can edit the contact details; compose a message to that contact; and manage the groups in which this contact appears. There are several ways to add contacts: First, when you receive a message in the app, you can add the sender to your Contacts by tapping the Plus sign. Second, you can add contacts manually through the Contacts link on the app itself. [Click Contacts at the bottom of the screen, then the New button at the top right.] Finally, you can log into the owner area of Webspace, click on Contacts and use the LOS/LOA Tree to view your downline and add contacts. If you are not a Webspace subscriber, go to www.bwwbmp.com. Creating & Managing Groups On the main Contacts screen, you can also multi-select contacts by clicking the circle to the left of their name. When you multi-select contacts, icons at the bottom of the screen will allow you to send a message to these contacts; add the contacts to an existing group; create a new group for these contacts; or delete the selected contacts. To view your groups, click the Groups button on the Contacts screen. From this screen you can view existing groups, create a new group, or send a message to the selected group. When you select a particular group, you can view the contacts within the group; rename the group; add a contact to the group; or delete the group. Compose Message When you select Compose Message from the Home Screen, you have five areas on the screen. Add Recipient To add a recipient for the message, you have the option to click in the field next to the To button, and then begin typing the name of the intended recipient. It will auto-fill with a list of possible recipients, from your Contact list. Simply select the name. You can also click the Plus icon to the right, which will bring up your list of contacts. Select one or more of your contacts, and you will see them added to the To line. You can scroll through the intended recipients by sliding over them with your finger. To remove a recipient from this list, select their name, and you will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the recipient. Page 3 of 8

Subject To add a subject line, tap in the area next to Subject and type the subject of the message. Add Audio/Video [Please read the FAQ below, regarding video orientation for Apple and Droid devices.] Select this if you would like to add an audio or video file to the message. When this is selected, a prompt screen will appear giving you the option to Record New Audio, Record New Video, or Choose Existing Video. When sending an audio or video message, you can also type an accompanying message in the Message Body field. Allow Reply / No Reply When you select Allow Reply you are allowing the recipient of your message to reply directly back to you. Selecting No Reply prevents the recipient from being able to reply to your message. For example, if you are sending a message to a group about a change in location for a meeting, or announcing an upcoming BBS, you may not want or need to receive confirmation messages in return. In this case, you would click No Reply. Message Body Tapping the screen in the Message Body area brings up your keyboard and allows you to type your message. A text-based message of this type can accompany a video or audio message. Once your message is complete, tap Send. If you are sending a video message, your phone will first compress the video, which will take several seconds and during which time you will not be able to use the app. Once compressed, the video will upload, but you will have full use of your app during the upload. Conference Calls When you select Conference Calls from the home screen, you will see a list of the calls you have scheduled, or to which you ve been invited, plus the 6-digit conference call number. To join, select the call, which will auto-dial the access number (all calls use 919-794-8368 as the access number). You will be prompted to enter the conference call number. Enter a pound sign (#) and then the access code, and you may then join the call. Please note that there is a maximum of 40 people who can participate in a conference call through BMP. Page 4 of 8

To schedule a conference call on your phone: Select Conference Call from the home screen, then tap New in the upper right. Enter names of the people you wish to invite by typing their names or hitting the Plus sign, and selecting their names from your contact list. Enter a title for the conference call, then either select a start time, or use the Start Now feature to schedule an immediate call. To finish, simply tap Create in the upper right corner. To schedule a conference call on your browser: Log into your BMP and click Conference Calls in the top menu, then click the green Schedule a Call button on the left side. You can add people to the call by clicking the Add Contact button, or by typing within the field next to Invitees. It will auto-fill as you type the name, and you can then select them for the call. The list of invitees appear on the screen when added. Enter a title for the conference call in the Title field. When you click in the Time field, a calendar will appear, allowing you to select a date for the call. Below the calendar are sliders allowing you to select a time for the call. When the date and time are selected, click Done. You can choose to enter a length of time in minutes for the call, or leave this section blank it is an optional field. When finished, click Schedule Call at the bottom of the page. Once you click this, the details will be shown on the screen, along with the access code generated for the call. To join the call, dial 919-794-8368 and enter the access code. Settings On your home screen, choose Settings to set your options for Notification Settings and Contact Display Settings. You can choose to be notified for New Messages; Conference Invites; and Conference Starting. You can also choose to have your Contacts sorted by first name / last name, and also displayed in your contact list by first name / last name. Page 5 of 8

Efficiency Tips & Reminders Use WiFi when creating, uploading and downloading video message Because of the large file size of a video message, we recommend that you only create a video message when you are in a WiFi network. For example, a 3-minute video message might be a 60mb file, which would take over an hour to compress and upload. Video orientation To ensure proper delivery orientation it s recommended that you record a video message or greeting in landscape mode (meaning the phone is oriented horizontally). Scroll down to reveal the message body (for Apple devices only) When creating a message, it may be necessary to manually scroll down to reveal the area to write the body of the message. Conference Calls: put # before the access code Use a hash tag (#) before entering the access code when joining a conference call. FAQs How do I download the BMP app?
