Worx Mobile Apps Known Issues in Worx Mobile Apps Version 10.3

Worx Home 10.3.5 While installing or subscribing Worx mobile apps from Worx Home, users might see the message "Parse error." Although the app doesn't install, a non-working Worx app icon appears in the My Apps screen of Worx Home. [#608320] In Worx Home for ios, if Worx Home does not accept Touch ID authentication when the app is offline, and the prompt keeps reappearing, users can press the device's sleep button to bring up a PIN prompt. [#628469] Because required apps are not supported for MAM mode, users can't remove required apps from devices running in MAM mode. To work around this issue, redeploy the app to the delivery group: Go to Configure > Delivery Groups and, on the Apps page, move the app from the Required Apps list to the Optional Apps list. [#628670] After an upgrade to XenMobile 10.3, the old WorxStore interface appears. The store is still usable and the new WorxStore interface appears after WorxStore authenticates to the network. [#617000] When you set the device limit for enrollment and an action for a full wipe on Android devices, if you set an action to allow the same device to reenroll, the device cannot reenroll due to a change in the Android unique ID. This is a third-party issue. [#624684] On devices in MAM-only mode, when a user tries to download an MDX app from the Worx Store over an unreliable Internet connection, Worx Home might display a "Worx Home could not connect" error. To work around this issue, resolve your connection issue and retry the download. [#625509] When users running Worx Home for ios try to unenroll from Preferences > Accounts on the device, a Delete Account button is not available. [#628891] When an offline user taps Reset PIN, Worx Home indefinitely displays the message "Please Wait" on the authentication screen. To work around this issue, restart the device. [#631034] If updated apps are available, all users of a shared device can update. This task is not restricted to administrators. [#631428] When WorxStore is left open for 1-2 minutes, tapping App Details results in the message "Failed to get application details, please try again later." To work around this issue, click OK in that message and then refresh WorxStore. [#631730] After a user's Worx PIN expires, if the user opens an MDX app and then creates a new PIN when prompted, Worx Home again prompts the user to enter the newly created PIN. [#632829] If the user of a shared device remains signed on to the device until the NetScaler Gateway session times out, the sign-on screen might not display for the other user after they click Switch User. To work around this issue, quit the app and re-launch it. [#633135] If a user of a shared device fails to successfully authenticate in WorxMail within the maximum number of allowed attempts, the user is taken to Worx Home to authenticate with the server. Page 2

Worx Home fails to display the authentication screen, preventing the user from authenticating. The user must quit Word Home and relaunch it in order to authenticate. [#633358] On shared Android devices, if one user has more applications than the other, the My Apps page in Worx Home might display the Worx Home icon for additional applications, instead of the application icons. This is a display issue only; users can still open an application that has an incorrect icon. Icons are correctly displayed in the Android home screen and springboard. Work around: If a device administrator with an enroller account signs on to the shared device, the correct icons will be loaded automatically. [#633723] WorxChat 10.3.5 In WorxChat for ios, users can log on using an email ID for autodiscovery and user name for authentication that do not belong to the same user. Instead, an error message should appear. [#618260] WorxChat for ios does not display status notifications, such as "Urgent interruptions only" or "In a Meeting." As a consequence, when users set those status updates on other desktop clients, WorxChat shows the status as "Busy." [#621463] In WorxChat for ios on iphone 5s, in Contacts, the search results appear in user group order only and do not appear in alphabetical order as expected. [#622211] When any changes are made to the WorxChat Server configuration file (web.config), Microsoft Internet Information Services automatically shuts down the server. You have to manually restart WorxChat Server. [#626295] When users uninstall WorxChat, other users will still see them as signed on until the WorxChat Server detects the removal or the time period set in the MaxEndpointInactivityPeriodInHrs policy in the web.config file elapses. The default is 72 hours. [#631068] In WorxChat for ios, on the new message screen, the option for adding a ShareFile attachment is disabled. Users can, however, add the attachment on the message detail screen. [#632392] WorxMail 10.3.6 Transparent file encryption is now supported on the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 and Huawei Mate 8 devices. [#636769] TLS 1.1 and 1.2 protocols are supported on Android 4.4.2 devices for WorxMail authentication and data traffic. [#633089] In WorxMail, when an Exchange ActiveSync policy for a maximum attachment size is enabled (MaxAttachmentSize), users can send files that exceed that size. Instead, users should be required to remove the attachment before sending the message. [#644814] Page 3

In WorxMail for ios, when you create a GoToMeeting calendar event, the subject cannot contain greater than (>) or less than (<) symbols. [#649740] WorxMail 10.3.5 Forwarding a calendar event to additional recipients fails on Exchange 2013 and Office 365. As a workaround, edit the meeting and add additional recipients. [#598821] On a device that is running many apps and is low on memory, WorxMail might crash when forwarding an SMIME-encrypted mail with a large attachment. [#621884] Sometimes, reminder notifications for calendar events are delayed, after which the organizer, invitees or both receive all of the missed reminders at once. This is a third-party issue for some Android devices and operating system versions. According to Android forums, the issue also occurs in other mobile email clients. [#624430] On the Messages screen, conversations with new messages might appear a few places down instead of at the top of the list. [#629312] When users run WorxWeb or WorxMail and the inactivity timer expires, after users enter their credentials, an incorrect password message appears. As a work around, users need to authenticate through Worx Home with their Worx PIN. [#637141] WorxWeb 10.3.5 In ios, some WorxWeb sign-on pages do not submit, making it impossible for users to sign on successfully. [#597085] Worx Home Shared Devices On devices managed in XenMobile Enterprise mode, when users click Refresh, Worx Home does not request an updated list of apps. Instead, users must sign off and sign on to Worx Home. [#601726] On Android devices, Worx Home in Shared Devices mode sometimes freezes when a shared user tries to sign on right after a new enroller has just finished signing on. To resolve the issue, close and reopen Worx Home. [#613044] Worx Home for Android, Version 10.3 In Android, if users tap the device's back button while an app is installing, when they then launch the installed app they'll see an error message saying that the the app is no longer registered with Worx Home. [#525507] In Android, intermittently, Worx Home becomes unresponsive when users attempt to send support logs. The issue occurs most often on Nexus 9 devices running 6.0. As a work around, users can restart their devices. [#608221] Page 4

In Android, Worx Home pushes some MDX apps to a device multiple times. [#609242] In Android, when users enroll in Worx Home, delete the account, the re-enroll with a different user name, Worx Home signs on with the first set of credentials. This issue happens in a XenMobile deployment with client certificate authentication. As a workaround, the user can reenroll after the NetScaler Gateway session has expired, or after re-installing the app. [#613477] Android for Work On passcode-protected devices enrolled in Android for Work, the passcode fails to lock the Android for Work apps. This problem is seen on Android versions through 4.4.x. [#601431] When users try to open a newly installed MDX app for Android from Worx Home, when the device is managed in MAM mode, an error, such as "App Not Registered," occurs. This issue occurs on these.x86 device types: Lenovo Yoga (4.4.2) and Dell Venue8 3840 (4.4.4) [#612163] Worx Home for ios, Version 10.3.1 After updating Worx Home to version 10.3 on ios devices, when users enter an email address for autodiscovery, based on how the record is configured on the autodiscovery server, their email address appears as the user name in Worx Home in error, or shows an empty field. [#625605] When users install Worx Home 10.3 on ios devices under slow or disrupted network conditions, when they open a Worx App, they see a prompt to enter a PIN or credentials. This behavior continues in a loop between the app and Worx Home. [#625624] When users install Worx Home 10.3 on ios devices, the keyboard doesn't include several keys, such as a comma key in these cases: When users enroll for the first time, when entering an alphanumeric passcode and when confirming the passcode. After the Worx Home inactivity timer expires, when entering the Worx passcode. When prompted to enter their credentials in Worx Home. [#625850, #625857] When users install Worx Home 10.3 on an ios device, when the device is offline (in airplane mode, for example), occasionally, when they open WorxMail, they are prompted to sign on through Worx Home repeatedly. If users switch the device online, the authentication loop persists. As a workaround, with the device online, they can minimize the app that is in the authentication loop and then start the app again. [#628469] Worx Home for ios, Version 10.3 On ios devices, the custom keyboard function in Worx Home does not work. [#583404] Occasionally, on ios devices, Worx Home does not accept a users' PIN even if the PIN is correct, due to a keychain error. This is a third-party issue. [#608241] Page 5

In ios, when XenMobile is in MAM-only mode and either Active Directory Service isn't configured or the enrollment port is 8443, Worx Home takes more than a minute to display the sign-on screen. [#610657] On ios devices, when users are prompted to upgrade a Worx app, when they choose Later, the app doesn't open as expected. As a workaround, users can tap the app screen again to open the app. [#611745] Occasionally, when users enroll in Worx Home for ios and install MDX apps, after upgrading to Worx Home 10.3, when they open the Worx Store, the error " Cannot get your apps from the store " appears. As a workaround, users can go to My Apps and open the Worx Store to view their apps, or to sign off or sign in. [#617489] WorxForms for ios, Tech Preview When you have Full VPN tunnel mode configured as the Preferred VPN mode app policy for WorxForms Tech Preview, on iphone 5c and iphone 6s, when users open WorxForms and then fill out and submit a template, the template remains stuck in the submitting state. As a workaround, configure Secure browse mode. [#609202] WorxMail for ios, Version 10.3 In ios, WorxMail shows a message saying no applications are available to open a file, even when such applications are installed on the devices. As a workaround, the user can first open the application, then quit and relaunch WorxMail. [#612243] WorxMail for Android, Version 10.3 On certain Galaxy S4 and later Samsung devices, when users have recurring meeting in a time zone where daylight savings time is observed, the meeting times differ by 1 hour from actual meeting time in the WorxMail for Android calendar. This is a third-party issue. [#620237] WorxWeb for Android, Version 10.3 On WorxWeb for Android, when users visit different websites that require authentication, such as basic, NTML, or digest sites, the NetScaler rules that only look in the user agent for the WorxWeb string are not applied. As a result, if you have have a traffic policy configured to send WorxWeb traffic to a proxy server, the traffic does not go to the proxy server. [#593898] For Android, a PAC file modification isn t applied unless the user reboots the device or force quits and restarts WorxWeb. [#613022] Page 6

WorxWeb for ios, Version 10.3 On ipads version 8.4 or earlier or iphone 5 or earlier, after users enroll in Worx Home, when users open WorxWeb, a delay of about 5 to 7 seconds occurs before app opens. [#584496] On ios 9.2 devices, WorxWeb sometimes freezes after more than 30 minutes of continuous use. [#612586, #616568] WorxWeb for Windows In WorxWeb on a Windows Phone device, when users click a URL in WorxWeb, the page opens in Internet Explorer instead of opening within WorxWeb. The issue occurs in WorxWeb 10.2 and 10.3 versions on Windows Phone 8.1 and 10. This is a third-party issue. [#621192] Page 7
