TMM Plus 2 extra years *** For more information about MA Rental visit www.m-a.no Our products and services We have gathered the most important activities into one service umbrella, the TMM Program: TMM is a system of planned maintenance, with the purpose to substantially reduce the client s operational and financial risk. TMM Service Levels The TMM services are bundled in three different service levels to serve different focuses and needs. They are further described as TMM Standard, TMM Medium and TMM Plus. EXTENDED WARRANTY: TMM Medium: + 1 year TMM Plus: + 2 year Gangways (GW) With so many moving parts operating in a harsh, salty and humid environment, it will affect the gangway s wear and tear. The functional collaboration between the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems are vital to ensure the overall performance and integrity of the system. With remote surveillance of the gangway, operations can be easily monitored online and onshore with our GW safety package. By measuring and analyzing the components movement frequencies, the surveillance system produces a technical graph to measure the fatigue and the performance capacity. The surveillance system can be fitted onto existing gangways. Helideck (HD) Helidecks must at all times comply with a set of complex regulations, which are revised continuously. As a vital access solution, both the technicality and HSE&Q are just not something we would leave as an open question. Equipment control is key for all our clients. Certified Maintenance Annual inspection and maintenance of HD and GW will assure all parties of a continual area of focus and control. MA will issue a Certificate of Compliance annually. Yearly inspections By implementing yearly inspections, we identify any discrepancies or abnormality and we will assess its criticality through wear and tear protocols. This leads to a technical report documenting the product s conditions and what needs correction through our maintenance program. Yearly maintenance Our maintenance philosophy is simple; the more we plan for and are in control of the fewer unexpected events will occur. This is established and handled through our corrective maintenance program that is part of our TMM program. The endresult; increased operation regularity. Service & Support OPERATION SUPPORT TMM members can call us for operational support. We are able to provide certified gangway operators on short or long term arrangements. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER The TMM member will have a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) from MA acting as project manager and single point of contact. The KAM will arrange regular follow-up meetings to develop the cooperation in the best interest of both parties. SERVICE PERSONNEL Our worldwide traveling team of highly qualified and experienced product specialists are always on the move to the next client. They serve our client s equipment with original MA products. Ramform Sterling Spare parts RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS MA will suggest a list of wear and tear spare parts to be kept on-board. This list will always be a technical assessment between MA and our client. CRITICAL SPARE PARTS We offer packages of critical spare parts which can be physically located on board, if space allows, or a mix between MA-stock and on-board. This list will always be a technical assessment between MA and our client. GENERAL SPARE PARTS Clients have access to all spare parts delivered by Marine Aluminium. Training TMM members can contact us to book training courses. MA provides simulator based gangway operator training and issue the Gangway Operator Certificate after the candidate has passed the following four steps: A) BASIC COURSE theory and simulator training part I (1 week) B) ON THE JOB TRAINING offshore training supervised by a certified gangway operator C) ADVANCED COURSE theory and simulator training part II - (3 days) D) CERTIFICATION theory and simulator examination (2 days) TOOLS The TMM program includes a high quality rental tool- package, fitted for each job. We rent out containers fully equipped with hand-tools, welding machines, hydraulic tensioners etc. Modifications & upgrades MODIFICATIONS In addition to serving our clients with preventive and corrective maintenance, we also assist with a planned yard-stay for more extensive maintenance and modifications.
