A. General provisions 1. Aircrafts using Billund Airport are to pay fees to the present rules of these tariff regulations. 1 2. The tariffs consist of a take-off fee, a passenger fee, a parking fee and an opening fee. 3. All charges mentioned in these tariff regulations are exclusive of purchase tax. B. Take-off fee 1. For each take-off a take-off fee has to be paid according to the table below, calculated on the basis of the maximum all-up weight, according to the Certificate of Airworthiness/Aircraft Manual. 2 Group Charge Aircraft up to 2,000 kgs DKK 80.00 Aircraft over 2,000 kgs DKK 55.50 for every 1,000 kgs, or part of it. 2. The above mentioned charges can be reduced or exempted according to conditions mentioned in 6 and 7. 3. For aircraft with a maximum all-up weight of 2,500 kgs or less an annual ticket at the below mentioned prices can be booked: Up to 1,500 kgs DKK 1,500.00 1,500-2,500 kgs DKK 3,000.00 3

C. Passenger fee 3 1. For aircraft with a capacity of more than 10 passenger seats according to the Aircraft Manual, or with a maximum all-up weight of 5,700 kgs or more, a passenger fee applies for each departing passenger, revenue passengers as well as non-revenue passenders besides the fee mentioned in 2. The passenger fee is DKK 99.50 The passenger fee consists of: a) Basic passenger fee for each departing passenger DKK 82.00 b) Special security fee for each departing passenger DKK 14.50 c) PRM fee for each departing passenger DKK 3.00 The special security fee and the PRM fee do not apply for through-going passengers, who have not left the aircraft during ground stop at the airport. For each through-going passenger the fee is DKK 82.00 2. If a passenger s flight to an international destination is in direct connection with a flight from an international destination, the passenger fee only amounts to DKK 58.50 In this case the fee consists of: a) Basic passenger fee DKK 41.00 b) Special security fee DKK 14.50 c) PRM fee DKK 3.00 3. The fee under 1 and 2 is paid regardless of the actual number of passenger seats on the flight in question, but is not to be paid for the carrier s personnel, travelling on duty as non-revenue passengers, and not for children under 2 years of age. 4. The fee does not apply in cases mentioned in 6.1.b.1. 5. The fee is to be paid by the carrier. 4

D. Parking fee 4 1. For parking an aircraft in open air, a parking fee calculated on the basis of the maximum all-up weight is levied for each commenced 24-hour-period. If parking does not exceed 6 hours, however, it is free of charge. for every 1,000 kgs or part of it: Aircraft up to 20,000 kgs DKK 3.00 Minimum charge per 24 hours for aircraft up to 20,000 kgs DKK 18.00 Aircraft over 20,000 kgs DKK 2.50 Minimum charge per 24 hours for aircraft over 20,000 kgs DKK 60.00 2. For parking in open air no fee is charged from aircrafts that hold an annual ticket according to 2.3. 3. If necessary Billund Airport can at any time demand that an aircraft is moved to another parking than originally indicated. The owner (user) of the aircraft must take care of mooring and other precautions which the circumstances might necessitate or which Billund Airport might demand, including night marks. 4. Payment of parking fee gives disposal only of the space which the aircraft actually occupies, and which is necessary for the general inspection and maintenance of the aircraft. E. Opening fee 5 1. Arrangement for using the airport outside its opening hours can be made with the administration against payment of DKK 120.00 for each hour or part of it counted from end or beginning of normal opening hours or which ever comes to the least number of hours. 5

F. Reductions and exemptions 6 1. Reduction of take-off fee for aircraft of a maximum all-up weight exceeding 2,000 kgs is granted in the following cases: a) with 80 % 1) school- and training flights. For aircraft with a MTOM of 2,000 kgs or more the minimum fee per take-off is DKK 100.00. b) with 40 % 1) technical intermediate landings, if no passengers, cargo or mail are loaded or unloaded. 2) position- and ferry flights with aircraft over 5,000 kgs. c) with 20 % 1) cargo flights, if no passengers are carried. 2. School- and training flights can only take place on the condition that separate announcement has been made and approved of beforehand by the airport authorities and that the aviation does not interfere with other traffic. 3. When flying the categories school- and training flights an interrupted approach will be charged as a take-off. 7 1. Dispensation from paying take-off fee and passenger fee concerns: a) Test flight arranged at the request of the Civil Aviation Administration in order to state the airworthiness of an aircraft. b) Technical control flight made by commercial aircraft without carrying passengers or goods. c) Aviation in search- and rescue services. 6

d) Technical return landings by which is understood take-off with forced return because of technical, weather, or similar disturbances to the airport from which take-off was made. 2. To obtain reduction when flying the categories a and b, it is a condition that separate announcement is made beforehand to the airport s Air Traffic Control, and that the aviation does not interfere with other traffic. Dispensation according to cat. b is furthermore conditional on the aviation taking place without intermediate landing elsewhere. 3. Aircraft owned by the Danish Government or chartered by it can be exempted from paying take off-fees, passenger fees, and parking fees. 4. Foreign military aircraft and aircraft which are only used for representatives from foreign governments and police-, custom and control aircraft from foreign governments can also be exempted from take-off fees, passenger fees, and parking fees. G. Other provisions 8 1. Immediately before take-off and after landing from another airport or field, the owner or representative of the aircraft must apply to the Airport Office unless other agreement has been made beforehand. 2. Fees mentioned in these regulations, and other fees in connection with the flight in question are to be paid in cash to the Airport Office prior to the execution of any planned flight. Airline companies flying regularly to/from the airport can, however, arrange with Billund Airport for a periodic settlement of payment. The terms of periodical payment are laid down by Billund Airport. 7

3. In case of default of terms of payment without a previous agreement, a fee of DKK 50.00 will be added to the invoice. 4. In case of default of terms of payment the regulations of setions 71 and 146 in the Air Navigation Act about distress and lien respectively are applicable. 9 Assistance by ground personnel for transport of passengers, baggage, cargo etc. and starting of aircraft engines can be applied for at the administration of Billund Airport. Such assistance will be provided as far as circumstances permit, and is to be paid for upon presentation of vouchers. 10 Billund Airport is not liable for theft, damage by fire or water, or any damage or injury to the aircraft, its equipment, crew, passengers, cargo etc. that may occur or be committed during the aircraft s stay at the airport. 11 The airport manager of Billund Airport can stipulate special charges for ground handling, passenger handling and for other special cases of handling at the airport. 12 In cases of no fundamental or major economic importance, the airport manager of Billund Airport may grant exemptions from these regulations. 13 These tariff regulations come into force on January 1, 2001. At the same time all older provisions about airport tariffs are cancelled. These regulations are valid until further notice. Billund Airport, November 2000 8
